Great location

Location location location. Couldn’t ask for better. Close enough to walk to all the best restaurants and entertainment. The house is as advertised. Clean and spacious. Well stocked with essentials. The management company is outstanding. AC broke and was fixed the same day. The outdoor screen porch was really nice to relax on with a morning beverage and drink before bed. Beach is steps away and isn’t crowded at this location. Only thing I’d change is maybe upgrading the sheets as they were quite stiff and uncomfortable.

Enjoyable

we really enjoyed this property! the location is great, short walk to the beach, pier, and stores. the property was clean. we would've liked to have more towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillowcases. we had one of each per person. However, the place was very enjoyable and perfect for what we were looking for.

Perfect Location

The house is only a few steps from the beach! Everything you want to go to is easily walkable. The house has nice decor and feels very beachy and relaxing! Perfect setup for myself and 3 teenage boys as the master is upstairs off the kitchen and living room. The other two bedrooms are downstairs with a large double-sink bathroom to share between those two bedrooms. The lock (as another reviewer mentioned) was weird and had me calling the after-hours #. However, it’s easy to use. The screen is black and in order to light it up to hit numbers, you have to put your palm or back of hand on the black screen. There were instructions about that in my after-hours envelope, but I missed that sheet.

Amazing

Easy to book. Super easy to check-in. Amazing property (quiet, steps from the beach). The only drawback was not having hot water. Well, we had it occasionally but showers were difficult. Everything else was fantastic.

Great location & perfect for families

This was a great rental for our family of four (parents and two small kids). It was roomier than expected and you can't beat the location for the price - right next to the beach and close to restaurants and the pier. We also had family come stay with us a few nights and hosted our son's birthday with about 15 of us total - there was room for all of it! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful beach vacation!

We loved the location of this house! It was a perfect walk to the beach and the local restaurants. The only complaint we had was the furniture in the living room did not look the most clean and the beds are not the most comfortable. But it was perfect for the weekend!

Great stay

Great property. It really had everything we needed. It was spacious etc. Only complaint is the master bedroom REALLY needs curtains, and a darker curtain over the door. It was extremely bright in there at sun up. The proximity to the beach, as well as the pier with restaurants was great. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Perfect location to the beach.

We were very happy to be steps to the beach in a safe clean area. The house was clean and the perfect size for our group. Nice deck to relax ok with plenty of seating.

Great Location

I enjoyed staying at this property. There were a couple of things that could be different. The sliding door in the downstairs bedroom did not open. I think they should have had at least a sample size of detergent for laundry.

Great location and accommodation!

The house was clean and well equipped. Excellent parking as we had our Sea Doos with us. Beach, grocery, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Screened porch was perfect for lounging with a view of the beach!

Great location, good for families

We really enjoyed the house, it is a great location on Tybee - steps from the beach and a short walk to the pier and Marine Science Center and other shops and restaurants. Only 1 block from Fat Tire Bicycle rental. The house is well appointed with nice furniture and all necessities. We loved the screened deck/porch and how the living and dining areas open on to it with sliding doors and used it as much as we could. Excellent Wi-Fi!

Great stay with good friends

Lodgings mostly perfect. Clean, light, well decorated, eclectic. Reasonably stocked with a couple of small exceptions. One hundred yard from the ocean. All that was necessary to start the vacations. A couple of small hiccups. One of the dining room chairs was missing. A phone call and 15 minutes later we had a replacement. However, did fix one cabinet door and another chair (loose and stripped bolt) and others need attention but worked well for all of us. Fixed a couple of things that we were capable of but have no doubt if we had called the rental agency, they would have sent someone out right away to fix it.What we noticed right away was no toaster but a toaster oven. SLOW to make toast, so we bought a toaster and left it there for the next guests. For the most part a quiet street, especially compared to the Mid-town area, which was a few blocks away for drinks and eats, island shopping. Everyone that stayed liked the place, location, quality and would stay again. Rental service was friendly, responsive to all requests and made us feel important and welcome. Thanks.
