Great place in the centre of olonzac.

This is a super house right in the centre, with some lovely walks to neighbouring villages. Easy access to Homps and the lake. Well equipped with everything you need. House is set on three levels with a lovely terrace right at the top accessed by a narrow central spiral staircase. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely return.

Beste Wahl im Languedoc

Ein tolles Haus, blitzsauber, Derek ist jederzeit ansprechbar und gibt tolle Restaurant-Tipps. Mitten im Dorf, ein toller Markt dienstags direkt vor der Haustür. 5* für diese FeWo!

A lovely apartment, fascinating area with much to do and see, and a charming host

The apartment in Olonzac was very comfortable, quiet and well located, with the Tuesday farmer's market just down the alley from the apartment. Olonzac is situated near Carcassonne, several stunning Cathar castles, national parks, wineries, and the beach at Narbonne. We were here for 3 weeks during the fall and never lacked for something interesting and fun to do. I can't say enough about our host, Derek Chapple. He was the most helpful, solicitous, welcoming and responsive host I've had. He lives in the area and knows it well. We met with him to talk about things to do and see and he gave us numerous local leads for places to visit, hike, kayak, eat and much more.

Geweldige huis en een goede gastheer. AANRADER!

Geweldig leuk, schoon en gezellig huis. Met veel plezier verbleven. AANRADER in t relaxte OLONZAC! Met z'n 2-en bijna een week in gewoond. Gewoon een lekker huis. It grows on you! Rustige plek. Met een heerlijk dakterras. Huis is super schoon. Het contact met de gastheer was super. Zo als het hoort. Kortom een aanrader!

Awesome and very well situated place

We simply loved staying in this lovely appointment. Well furnished, very convenient location, market every Tuesday, a must see:) We stayed a long time and the place was more than welcoming. The host is very communicative and very helpful. I am highly recommending this place .

Perfect house and stay!!!

We had a fabulous 2 weeks in a wonderful place! The house is perfect, the weather was gorgeous and the countryside stunning. Olonzac suited us perfectly, with its own bustling markets, and a central location for exploring the surrounding region. Thank you very much for the service and hospitality, all the facilities were super and we will be back next year.

Excellent service, cosy house, wonderful holidays

Such a great experience choosing this cosy rental property. The owner has been nothing but most communicative and genuine person to deal with, he helped us with everything from restaurant tips to kayaking routes recommendations in nearby national parks. Le Petit Castel house is super clean, cosy, well equipped and feels like home the second you step in (not to mention the welcome package including food and bottle of wine, thanks for that!). The open terrace overlooking rooftops of the charming Olonzac town was probably our favourite spot - true French experience - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every Tuesday a buzzing market takes place just around the corner offering anything from gourmaine foods and wine to fresh veggies, fashion and gifts. Lovely cafés and restaurants few steps from the door. Can highly recommend this gorgeous place to couples, families or groups of friends of all ages. Merci beaucoup Derek! Can't wait to come back again!
