Summary:
Fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a full kitchen, and reliable Wi-Fi. Comfortable, clean, and set up with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Easy and hassle-free booking and check-in process.

The Space:
Our 2-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor (you’ll need to take the stairs). It has a comfy living room with a sofa and TV, and a kitchen equipped with all the essentials, plus a small dining table.

Both bedrooms have queen beds, and there’s one bathroom. You’ll also have Wi-Fi throughout the place and a parking spot for one car.

It’s a straightforward, cozy spot to settle into.

Guest Access:
You’ll need to take the stairs to reach the unit.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of dining spots and nearby parks. You'll also find stores like Jewel-Osco and CVS close by if you need to pick up any essentials.

Getting Around:
There are several transit options nearby—Central & Giddings bus stop is about a minute away, Central & Leland is around 2 minutes, and Jefferson Park train station is roughly a 13-minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
We might need a government ID and a bit more info to complete your booking.

The location was ideal for us and had a grocery store, a Starbucks and CVS close by . The neighborhood was safe for walking around . Beds comfortable and whole place was very clean . I would stay here again .

Cute place only issue we had was parking due to someone else parking in the middle of the garage and or in front of it. Luckily there is street parking right atound the corner.

We were in town for a concert and just stayed one night but everything was as described and the beds were comfortable. We did not use anything in the kitchen but could see it would be very nice for a longer stay.

It was clean and well maintained unit. It’s next to grocery store and pharmacy which was very convenient. It’s not too far from downtown. I would stay again here in future if available.

First impression upon entering the apartment was how clean, roomy and tastefully decorated it was. I also super appreciated having a garage in which to park my car. Given expected snow as well as the alternative of trying to find convenient street parking, this put the apartment over the top. Accessing the garage was a little different but not a big deal. Another bonus, if needed, is a grocery store within a short walking distance. During my stay, I requested a blanket and had a few minor questions. Christine and her team were so very quick to respond. A blanket was waiting for me later the same day. If I’m back in Chicago, I’m definitely checking this place for availability.

Overall 5 stars, parking was easy, safe location, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, grocery and coffee very close! Had a small issue that was user error and the owners responded quickly. I appreciated the quick response and patience. Our next trip to Chicago we will book this apartment again if it’s available for our dates. I highly recommend this place.

Parking was easy and secure and it went well. The property does not look like it does online. They use AI to make the photos appear better than it is. The bathroom was very poor and looks absolutely nothing like online. The shower handle is about to fall off and the side of the vanity is peeling off the side. The toilet is very awkwardly placed and if you have long legs or are a big person, you'll have difficulty using the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty and had pee all behind the toilet. The walls are dirty and need to be wiped down, and the stove and some of the utensils had food on them still. It wasnt cleaned properly. The kitchen chairs had nasty stains in them that could be wiped up. We didn't cook because it was dirty and had no cleaning supplies. The host was very communicative, but waiting until we were there before initiating everything for checking in was annoying because after a 13 hour drive and needing to use the bathroom, an additional 45min waiting to finish things that coupd have been done before we got there was frustrating. I had to go across the street to the grocery store to use the bathroom. The beds are so very hard and uncomfortable. My back and hips hurt all week. They provide ear plugs to sleep at night because it is extremely loud from the road ALL. NIGHT. LONG. OVERALL it was a good place to stay, just needed better cleaning and transparency on what the unit really looks like. Not terrible, but not like the photos either.
