Nestled in historic Dilworth, this unit of a charming renovated duplex—The Lombardy—offers easy access to Freedom Park, South End, and Uptown Charlotte. Minutes from Atrium Health and Novant hospitals, it's ideal for medical professionals, patients, or visitors seeking comfort and convenience in one of Charlotte’s most welcoming neighborhoods.
This 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit offers 1,100 sq. ft. of space with a full kitchen, kitchen nook, living area, and laundry room. The primary bedroom has two double beds; the second bedroom has one queen. Shared spaces include the driveway, front patio, back deck, and yard. Please note: To access the bedrooms, guests must be able to navigate a full flight of stairs. The sleeping areas are located on the upper level, which may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.
This unit occupies one side of a duplex. Guests will have private access to their interior space, while the **front porch, back deck, backyard, and driveway are shared** with the neighboring unit. Please be mindful of shared areas and respectful of other guests or residents during your stay.

- No smoking inside the property.
- No pets unless authorized in writing.
- No parties, events, or large gatherings.
- Maximum occupancy must not exceed the reservation. No unauthorized guests.
- Do not walk or park on the front lawn—it has been newly sodded. Use the driveway or street parking only.
- Keep exterior doors closed to prevent pests and animals.
-Close windows and lock all doors during inclement weather or when leaving the property.
- Do not access locked areas marked “Owner Use Only” (e.g., storage areas in the laundry room).
- No open flames, candles, fireworks, or bonfires.
- Do not tamper with smoke/CO detectors, Wi-Fi, or security cameras.
- Do not damage walls—no nails, screws, tacks, or adhesives that leave marks or residue.
🧼 Cleanliness & Housekeeping
-Maintain general tidiness and avoid excessive clutter.
- Store food properly and clean spills immediately.
- Wash dishes promptly—do not leave dirty dishes for extended periods.
- Keep bathrooms clean and dry. Regularly clean showers, sinks, and toilets.
- Do not leave wet towels on furniture, rugs, or wood floors.
- Use only ammonia-free cleaner on shower doors and mirrors.
- Clean floors, countertops, and other surfaces as needed.
- Use coasters under drinks and trivets for hot items.
- Bag and dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins.
- Do not allow food, trash, or water to accumulate—this attracts pests.
- Use ventilation to eliminate strong or lingering odors.
- Leave all shared spaces clean and as you found them.
- You may be charged for damage caused by neglect (e.g., mold, pests, stains).

-Remove the cart from the curb by midnight after pickup.

Recycling is collected every other Wednesday.
-Place clean, dry, and empty items loosely in the green cart—do not bag recyclables.
✅ Accepted items: Plastic bottles/jugs, cartons, aerosol cans, aluminum, flattened cardboard, clean pizza boxes, glass jars, paper products.
❌ Not accepted: Plastic bags, glassware, scrap metal, shredded paper, electronics, or food.
