新しく改装された完璧なファミリーバケーションホームはクレイグヴィルビーチへ徒歩圏内です！ 家は3つの寝室、1つの浴室、キッチン、リビングルーム、そしてデッキとアディロンダックの椅子を囲む偉大な屋外スペースで、6つの快適な睡眠をお楽しみください！ 家は最近、すべての新しい家具と新しいマットレスで改装されました。

家には、設備の整ったキッチン（食器洗い機、コンロ、電子レンジ、トースター、コーヒーポット、ロブスターポット付）、ケーブル付き薄型テレビ、セントラルAC、洗濯機/乾燥機、無線インターネット、ビーチチェア、ウェーバーグリルと屋外シャワー。 また、いくつかのビーチや池の駐車場を提供します。

Pleasant and Relaxing

Kristen’s house is lovely, clean and well stocked. The beach pass is great perk, not all rentals provide a pass so it was a bonus.

Centerville Beach Rental

The property itself was lovely and close to everything. But if you want to really relax and enjoy your vacation I wouldn't recommend this house. The host left 1 dishwasher pod and 1/4 of a small bottle of dish soap and only 3 rolls of toilet paper for two bathrooms. The neighbors spy on the house for the host so if you entertain at the house or park more than 3 cars you receive a threatening text message. My goodness we entertained an 88 year old grandmother who hadn't seen her kids and grandkids in over a year due to the pandemic!! The lawn didn't get mowed until it was mentioned to the host. Also who buys a "cream colored" couch for a rental and it is the only piece of furniture to sit on in the living room?! Then your threatened with paying if any damage or spots!! The host is way too picky for renting.

Great Cape House!

I stayed for a week with my 5 year old and we had a great time. The house is as advertised and very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. The walk to Covell's beach is ~15 minutes and the beach parking pass allowed us to park for free at many of the nearby beaches in Barnstable. Kristin responded to any questions quickly and clearly. Overall a wonderful house to stay in to explore Cape Cod!

Charming Cape Vacation Home

This house is not to be missed - Kristin offers a beautifully maintained and modern home, with all the amenities. You can simply arrive and enjoy you vacation, without worrying about "the details". The cottage is clean, attractively decorated, easy to access, and located close to everything for a true cape vacation. The beach pass, central air, and the large, well-appointed deck are a bonus for the vacationer! The owners clearly take a great deal of pride in their property and want you to have a carefree holiday. We will definitely be returning next year to this lovely home and locale. Don't miss this property - it’s a gem!

Overall really good experience. Easy check in and check out process. We didn't take advantage of the fire pit which I wish we had. Would return at another time.

Easy walk to the beach

The house was a great size, the back deck and eating area were very pleasant. The place had a great cottage feel without being over the top beach decorated. I took many pictures of lighting and decorations that I want to look to purchase for a vacation home I hope to own one day. Thanks, really enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway to the Cape

Kristin's house was perfect for what we needed. It's very close to Craigsville Beach and having the beach pass made everything very easy. The house was clean and well-maintained. We cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having a grill was a bonus and we enjoyed sitting on the deck. Kristin was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was a great trip and I would highly recommend this home for a beach vacation.

Clean cute house with AC for hot days

Room for a family of 6 . Close to covell and craigville beach. I road bike a lot but drive to CCRT not bad. definitely would stay again.

Just what we needed for our girls weekend getaway. Great location, great house. Short 4 min drive to Craigville Beach - which was so clean and beautiful! Thank You Kristin for being so helpful answering all of our questions and making sure we had a great time! :)

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the property! Kristin was so easy and pleasant to work with and was so responsive to any questions we had in regards to the rental. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean! The bedroom situations were ideal for us we have kids and they loved playing outside while us adults enjoyed the back patio. The beach pass was definitely an awesome feature as it allowed us to take daily trips to the beach even on days that the weather was unpredictable. We didn't feel like we would be wasting our money paying for parking if it ended up raining. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the beach. Hoping we will be able to come back again next year!! :)

The property was neat, clean & well maintained

All the comforts of home! We were there for 2 weeks so washer & dryer were a plus. Nice deck in back where you can sit & relax in the morning with a cup of tea & a book or sit there after the beach with a wine cooler! You can walk to the beach or it’s a 3 minute drive to the beach...the pass was nice! Close to good restaurants, shopping, supermarket ect. Owner was very nice & pleasant to work with. I would definitely rent from her again!

Girls Weekend In

A group of friends and I were looking for a quiet place to catch up and relax on the Cape. While we were looking forward to spending time at the beach, we ended up getting rained in and were lucky enough to have Kristin's beautiful cottage to spend our weekend. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, a beautiful living area and clean kitchen. The entire cottage is full of the Cape charm and was just what we were looking for. Our only regret was our visit was not longer; definitely looking forward to coming back!

Great place on the Cape with amazing accommodation

Perfect place on the Cape for a vacation rental. We stayed during the Memorial Day Weekend and had a great time. The place has everything you need, from a quality grill to amazing patio chairs for a cook-out and even chairs for the beach. Every kind of dish possible that you may need, along with a toaster, blender, etc. for all your needs. Place is decorated in great style and is carefully taken care of, and you can tell that the owner takes care of everything for each rental. Overall great experience, location, and stay on the Cape.

Cozy, Comfortable, Coastal

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing girls weekend at the cape. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Six adult women slept very comfortably in the house, and never felt cramped or overcrowded. The open kitchen/living room was ideal for socializing, but having the bedrooms on opposite sides still afforded a nice sense of privacy. It's easy to see how valuable the mudroom would be in the summer to avoid tracking in sand and keeping beach supplies out of the way. The weather did not cooperate which made the wood burning fireplace even more appreciated. Kristin was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We couldn't imagine a better spot, and we're already planning a return trip.

Awesome House, Perfect Location!

My family and I stayed for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The home was decorated very nicely, everything was very new and had everything you need in the kitchen for us to cook meals. The deck was great to hang out on and drink coffee in the morning and grill at night, loved the lights outside at night on the deck! The back yard was a good size for my kids to play in, and the outdoor shower came in handy. We cooked out on the grill and my kids loved roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. The location was great too, we were very close to everything and the beach pass saved us over $100 in fees for the beach! The house was immaculate upon arrival. Kristin was extremely responsive and accommodating! Can't wait to rent again!

Awesome house and location!

This house is perfect! The house is well laid out to fit everyone and has everything you would need. We really loved the deck and the outside lights - perfect for evening dinner and drinks. The yard is spacious and the outside shower is the best! The location is also fantastic for Craigville Beach, great Dining options, and places to go. The owner was very accomodating and super helpful! We will be back soon!!

Wonderful Home and Host!

The house was warm and welcoming. From even the first night we knew we were going to love the place. Its kept very clean and feels like home. Kristin as a host is a wonderful person, checked in on us to make sure everything was okay and was up to our standard. We had another family come down one night and the nice big backyard with the wonderful grill made for an awesome evening of family and friends. The property is on a quiet road and most nights there was nothing but the sound of nature - which coming from the city was super great. Internet and TV were awesome, as someone who had to do some work away from home for the week, everything went without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a wonderful host, and great house. I forgot to mention, if you aren't familiar with the area, it's very close to various shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We mainly ate at the house because the back yard and patio were just so wonderful to be in. Cannot say enough good things about our trip, thanks to this house, and its owner.

This property has been recently renovated and was neat, clean and very charming!

This place is located in a quiet neighborhood, about a pleasant mile walk to Corvill Beach. The house is clean and easily accessible. It has plenty of amenities and I can honestly say we didn't miss a thing. The central air was very useful for the few very hot and humid days we were there and had family visiting. Kristin is a great host. She gave good instructions on what she expected. When I needed to reach her, which was only once, she was available without delay. She included a beach pass with the rental and we found that to be very useful and were able to explore the many other beautiful beaches in Barnstable because of it. Main Street Hyannis is very close and parking is easy with many public lots behind Main Street. We even took a ride to P-town one day. The house is more than an hours drive but this is due to the traffic/lights on the Outer Cape. Worth the time and visit though. I would highly recommend this property for your stay on beautiful Cape Cod.
