Lovely recently upgraded unit with Oceanfront Balcony and wonderful views! This Unit has a King in the master, Queen in the 2nd bedroom which is
connected to the guest bath and a Full in the 3rd Bedroom. Living room has a Queen Sofa sleeper. TVs in each bedroom. Tile flooring throughout. Bright and airy with beachy and soothing decor.
Fresh paint, smooth ceilings. Free high speed internet. Complex offers indoor/outdoor pools, spa, grill area, private sundeck and beach access and 2 elevators. Unit is Non Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed.
Max Occupancy:8
Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent for the duration of the stay.

2 Parking Passes will be issued at check-in. Parking is unassigned (across the street from building).

Sheets and towels are provided within the unit.

Beautiful view and clean space. Check in was very simple, the only “downfall” being you have to stop by the office to pick up the key. (Not really a downfall, staff were very nice it’s just at a different location.)It’s listed as wheelchair accessible however you cannot fit a wheelchair through either bathroom door so be mindful of that if that’s something on your list.All in all, it was great for our family trip.

Awesome place!!!

We had a wonderful stay and would consider going back. The pictures don’t do the space justice - it was a nicely sized unit that comfortably fit 5 adults and was very nicely decorated and cozy. Towels, beach towels, and beach chairs were provided. The beds were quite comfortable. The full and queen beds were quite squeaky, which did wake us up in the night as we moved. The amenities (indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub) were SO nice. The condo complex has its own beach access. There were small carts to help carry/transport items from bottom floor to room’s floor. Parking wasn’t so bad either. 10/10 would be back!!!

Good unit, terrible complex

The unit itself was nice, clean, mostly updated. The complex was falling apart. Pieces of building falling off, indoor pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting. Key fobs to enter the building do not work after 10 pm for renters so if you fish or go for a walk you gotta walk all the way around the building to get in the one door you can access. This is a safety issue as well since you can also only get out that door after 10 pm. The actual rental company offered ZERO help on any of the issues that arose during our stay. The owners seemed nice on our interaction and that was much appreciated but would not stay there again.

We are so sorry for the issues with the pool and hot tub/ inability to access after hours. We take everything brought to us very seriously but unfortunately the HOA is responsible for the pools and the times the doors close etc. Anything regarding the unit we manage would've been addressed immediately. We did reach out to the HOA with your concerns. The complex is going to be under construction as of mid September so everything will be updated as of 2026. Again we are so sorry we couldnt be of more help.

On the ocean, close to everything, but not too close!

We wanted an ocean view from the room due to the health of one in our group. They could see the ocean from their bed! Pool, ocean access (from condo), and bathrooms are not w/c or walker accessible. One set of stairs for indoor pool, 2 for outdoor pool, 2 for beach. Accessible beach path beside building to ocean. Narrow bathroom doors. Older building, but had everything else we needed. Bullard Realty has an accessible bathroom unit for next stay. Love having the washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Will make beds prior to arrival for extra $. Close drive to everything, but not so close to the boardwalk that it is noisy. Parking is close (across the street). 2 handicapped spots in building lot. Carts available to bring things up to condos.
