Minimum Age requirement- Registered guest must be 25 years of age
9th Level - Lovely updated 3 Bedroom end unit with extensive views of the ocean. Every bedroom has a view! 901 has recently changed ownership and has lots of new furnishings and artwork. New beds-King in Master, Queen in 2nd and 2 sets of bunks in the 3rd bedroom, one of which has a double bottom.
New bathroom vanities, new dining and living room furniture and more!
RENTAL INCLUDES ALL LINEN.
Max Occupancy:8
Guest must be 25 years or accompanied by an adult for the duration of stay.
Non Smoking No Pets
2 Parking Passes will be issued at check-in. Parking is unassigned. (Across the street from building.)

Excellent condo

Our family spent the week at Pelican Watch 901 and enjoyed every minute. The condo was updated, clean, and great location. Bullard Realty was very responsive to us when needed and we were able to check in early which was a great way to start our vacation. Definitely will rent again!

Bachelorette Weekend

Let me start by saying everyone was extremely friendly and very easy to work with! When we checked in and got to the room it had not yet been cleaned, however a quick call to the office and all was resolved. Over all beautiful unit and great location!

Beautiful and clean place to stay!

We were very pleased overall with our stay it the Pelican Watch. I would say the worst part was just dealing with the unreliable elevators. It seemed one or the other was always broken down and we were always scared we would get stuck on it 😢 The other part of threw us off a little was happy to park across the street. He did make it inconvenient. But at least we know we had a place to park. Our condo was immaculate we had everything we needed there for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it.
