Great house great location!

Close to many places Cvs/ Walgreens/ ABC store/ Harris teeter and nice beach access super close. The house has plenty of room with all of the fun amenities (pool/jacuzzi).

Great trip with Friends

We enjoyed our stay at the beach. The house was clean & had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor furniture needs updating but besides that everything was wonderful! Thank You.

We checked in shortly about 4 pm I called about no tv or internet at 435 pm this was Wednesday . at 730 pm on Friday we got Internet and TV I am not Happy about this slow response

Overall, it was a good experience. Frustrations with the house are that the driveway opening is very narrow, making it easy to drive into ditch at end. Also, I called on the 2nd day to have fun drainage resolved. It never was. By Friday, the shower/tub was unusable bc it would not drain and the bathtub was filled with water.

Lauren, thank you for your survey. I see our property services team went out and cleared drains that were reported while you were here. I am sorry that you continued to have trouble with other drains in the home. We have gone back out to the property and ensured all drains in the home are functioning properly at this time. Great vacation!

Our family enjoyed our recent stay. The house and pool area were clean and welcoming. There was sufficient space for our family to feel comfortable. The beds were all comfortable, even the pull out couch bed my son chose to utilize. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking if you choose to do so. We only had 1 dish towel provided, could have used at least 1 more but we made due! We had a short walk to the beach. We also walked to a few stores in the immediate area. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Be warned, don’t park on street! My son parked out front to avoid having to juggle cars in driveway and ended up with a parking ticket. Overall we had a great time and would rent again!

Really nice but potential for great!

If it had been cleaned properly-piles of trash left by prior renters outside to greet us with flies and ants around it. Personal possessions left in bathroom draws from prior renters. Floors and carpet with dirt and no vacuum (until next day when management decided to return call) . New vacuum in box (which we had to assemble)dropped off for me to clean. The two people they sent only fixed the stove, cleaned the bottom draw of oven and removed excess trash out side. The out door grill area was in need of some serious maintenance. The tubs all drained slow. I dusted, scrubbed the bathrooms and vacuumed. I have saved all the pictured to prove my comments. My husband wanted me to call and complain but why I had already experienced how management did not respond with the first call. Not something you want to do on your vacation. The rest of the family did have a nice vacation. The roomyhouse and location was great.

Spacious beach house was great for two families

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this unit! It's close to the beach and just off the main drag, close to everything. Great location. We parked at the Atlantic Street parking lot to go to the beach, super close and convenient. We had four adults and seven kids, and felt like we had plenty of room to relax. Children's bedroom had plenty of sleeping space, with a large futon and a trundle in addition to the twin over full bunk. Loved the huge dining table for dinner and board games, and the decks on 2nd and 3rd floor were really nice with plenty of furniture to relax on and a small ocean view. Was too cold to use the pool but we did use the hot tub and it was great. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and serving wear, which was great since we cooked most meals there. However, there were no pantry items at all. It would have been nice to know that we'd need to bring salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc...most units tend to at least have a few pantry items, or they at least let you know that there is nothing. There was also a sparse amount of extra linens. We did not have enough sheets, blankets, or pillowcases for the futon and trundle, and it got down into the 30's last night and there were no extra blankets. Also, the kitchen is in need of a broom/dust pan and a cookie sheet. Lastly, there were no instructions about how their TV was set up, and that was frustrating for the two tech-savvy men present who wanted to put a show on for the kids. An instructional page for TV, and perhaps for the overall unit would be helpful to guests. But overall, this is a very comfortable house and it felt spacious, freshly painted, and was a relaxing place for a last minute get-away to the Outer Banks!

We were very impressed with our stay at this house. It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, water pressure in showers were strong, the pool and hot tub were clean and well taken care of. Felt right at home with plenty of space for our large family!! Great outdoor spaces. We definitely plan on returing to this house again. Easy walk to the beach!

Was a great stay, house and pool were clean, nicely furnished, located within walking distance of beach. Was nice having an outdoor bar with a gas grill. Liked keyless entry for checking in and out. Village Realty was easy to work with. Thanks to them and our hosts, our family had a great time in OBX.

Loved it

House was absolutely fabulous. Previous tenents left massive amount of alcoholic trash and the wasps had at least a weeks head start on us, neither of which you can control. Strange neighbor yelled "Yo, don't drive" at me one night-guessing she assumed I had been drinking, but we did not have any alcohol in the house. The house was a great location, kitchen and supplies perfect. Pool and hot tub great. We had a fabulous time and would love to come back.
