The water tumbling over the rocks in the stream behind the house was very relaxing. The property was as listed and very well furnished. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and checked in to be sure our stay was going well.

The place was beautiful and just as described. Smelled nice inside, was perfectly clean, wonderfully decorated, had everything we needed, and the host was super friendly, and very easy to deal with.

We had a great time staying at this house and our host Dan was wonderful. Beautiful creek to listen to and a great screen porch to relax in. Would come back again to this location.

Dans Cabin is absolutely gorgeous!! The cabin is close enough to everything in Maggie Valley, yet secluded from all the hustle and bustle. He met us on day of arrival to give us the grand tour. Our favorite part of the whole stay was sitting on the screened in porch enjoying the sounds of nature. This whole experience was 10 stars. Thank You for sharing your gorgeous home and being a top tier host in my books. We will book again on future trips to Maggie Valley.

We come to stay for the car show in Maggie Valley, but honeslty didnt want to leave the cabin. The home was exceptionally clean, and the host was awesome. The house was everything we were looking for amd more.

Our host Daniel was the best host I've ever had. He was there to greet us on check-in and went through the home and explained everything and answered any questions we had. Hey, even checked in a couple days later to make sure we were doing well and we needed anything. The cabin was absolutely amazing And the location, Maggie Valley is my favorite place to stay when we visit yearly on the 4th of July. I absolutely love the creek and the patio area. It was so beautiful and so peaceful. I would highly recommend to stay there and definitely will return in the future.

Definitely book this relaxing and quiet home! The stream is amazing and so wonderful to listen to while enjoying time on the comfortable screened in porch. Beds were firm but comfortable for those of us with back issues. We had everything we needed for our short stay except more time to extend our trip. Can't wait to come back.

The property is excellent. However the outdoor area by the fire pit was under construction. It was not disclosed ahead of time. We had to kids with us, 6 and 8 years old, it was impossible to use that area including the fire pit. The communication wasn’t very good, the owner asked us to arrive one hour later than stated on the reservation. Another issue was that yesterday somebody came into the house when we were out, we were not aware of that and the door was left unlocked.

I wanted to respond to your feedback and hope to do so without sounding preachy or condescending. It didn't even occur to me that I needed to tell people before arrival that there is some construction on my property. It has not been a problem before so you kinda caught me off guard. I did tell you that you could use the firepit as other guests have over the past couple months. I did tell say that your girls needed to be careful but the firepit was not off limits. I did ask you to arrive an hour later since I had guests leaving on the day of your arrival and my cleaning lady needed about 3 hours for cleaning. Also, I would never...ever...enter that house without a guests approval and no one except myself has the code to get in. I have no explanation for that except possibly you forgot to close the door when you left that day. I promise you, it wasn't me. I'm pretty new at this and I'm trying to do my best to offer a nice place and wonderful experience for guests. I'm very sorry if I did not do an adequate job for you and your family. Dan

Fabulous Find

Our experience was absolutely perfect from beginning to the end. Daniel was a very accommodating host who made us feel welcome and comfortable from the minute we checked in. The cabin was spotlessly clean had every thing we needed, and the location was amazing. The screen porch in itself Would have been anything anybody could have wanted for relaxation. The creek was beautiful and access to the outside area was easy to reach if you wanted to be closer to the water, even though you can hear the creek from the screen porch and inside the house. The furniture was well appointed the beds were comfortable, and the linens were plentiful and very nice. The location of the cabin while being checked into a nice private trees and beautiful, Rododendron was also close to the main street if one desired to go to restaurants or shops. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone desiring a beautiful peaceful place with all the amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dan’s cabin! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was especially well-equipped with lots of useful appliances, including a toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, and even an air fryer!Dan was a wonderful host and very communicative throughout our stay. Check-in was easy, and we even had the chance to meet him in person—he was super friendly and welcoming!If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, you can’t go wrong with this cabin. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Located centrally to Maggie Valley, 5 minutes to the BRP. Beautiful deck and screened in porch. Great restaurants nearby, Joey's pancake House and Pops place for breakfast, Guayabito's Mexican restaurant for dinner. Host explained house well and was welcoming.

It’s a beautiful location, inside and out. It is on a private creek that you can listen to from the cabin or walk down the wooden gateway to. It’s decorated perfectly to give you awesome cabin vibes. It’s so clean and I loved it! Dan was a great host and we would definitely rent again in the future. It is right at the center of Maggie Valley and eating places and events. Lots of shopping around, boutique and otherwise. Great for a family taking a trip to the mountains or couples getting an adult weekend in! You won’t go wrong with this rental. Thanks Dan!
