The Cottage at Marysvale is your home away from home. Located in the heart of Marysvale town and only one mile from the Paiute ATV Trails. This charming and thoughtfully restored 1930s cottage blends vintage character with modern comfort for an inviting comfort filled with personality and history.
Sleeps 6: Two bedrooms, each with a plush queen-sized bed. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa for guests. One bathroom fully stocked with essentials. Kitchen fully stocked with essentials including spices and cooking oils.
Step outside into the spacious, enclosed backyard with a views of the Tushar Mountains. Whether you’re sipping your morning tea on the deck, grilling out on the patio, or gathering around the fire pit under the stars, you’ll find plenty of ways to unwind.

Hi! We’re Scott and Debi Caldwell. As Utah residents, we’ve always loved escaping to Marysvale for its small-town charm and incredible ATV trails. What began as our weekend getaway turned into something we wanted to share — so we opened The Cottage at Marysvale to guests looking for the same peace, adventure, and comfort we enjoy.
