-Dispose of trash inoutdoor garbage can located on the west side of the house -If outdoor grill was used, verify that propane is off
-Lock back door to laundry room -Securely close front door and screen -Return key to lockbox. Press any key to lock box after closing

As Utah residents, we’ve always loved escaping to Marysvale for its small-town charm and incredible ATV trails.

What began as our weekend getaway turned into something we wanted to share — so we opened The Cottage at Marysvale to guests looking for the same peace, adventure, and comfort we enjoy.

Though we live a few hours away, we have a wonderful local property manager in Marysvale available to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.
