Our property is best accessed by car or truck. From Williams, take AZ-64 North for approximately 12 miles, then turn right onto Hoctor Road. Make your very first right onto the dirt road North 8 Mile Boulevard. Continue for 2 miles. The house is located on the left side, at the end of the circular driveway.
Ample free parking is available on the premises. Park only on the circular driveway or parking area on the right side of the house.
Public transportation options are limited in this rural area. We recommend guests have their own vehicle for convenience.
The Grand Canyon South Rim is approximately a 40-minute drive north. Downtown Williams, known for its historic Route 66 charm, is a 15-minute drive south.
Although T-Mobile usually does fine, cell service can be spotty in certain areas. We recommend downloading offline maps prior to your arrival.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
