Lots of cabinet space, large island sink with garbage disposal, hideaway trash can, under counter lighting and a lighted dishwasher with a 3rd big utensil rack. 2 complimentary dishwasher pods are located under the sink for your convenience. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or baking including a microwave and Air Fryer. A complimentary Keurig combo coffee maker 12cups/single K-pod with an assortment of Keurig flavors available for those early morning coffee moments on the tranquil very large covered front deck that wraps around to the side door.

Free WiFi and Spectrum TV throughout the house. Each bedroom has a 40 or 50 inch smart TV with all your favorite viewing apps. Ceiling fans in every bedroom as well as the kitchen and living room.

The front porch offers tranquil string lights that turn on with just a switch, remote control lighted ceiling fan and recessed lighting. A great place to enjoy our 60 inch smart TV.

The living room is open to the dining and kitchen area and spacious with plenty of seating, including a rocker recliner. It has a 50 inch TV for your viewing pleasure.

The dining area has a large table with seating for 8 as well as 2 bar stools that can be used at the table or the open bar kitchen area.

The extra large master bedroom comes with a king size bed, a rocker recliner in the sitting area and a DVD player. The private full master bath has double sinks, large shower, a separate vanity light over the sinks and a complimentary blow dryer.

The next bedroom has 2 twin beds with a trundle bed to make 3 very comfortable beds. The twins have California King pillow top mattresses. If communicated at the time of booking these very comfortable twins can be converted into a California King size bed with the trundle bed still accessible. Just let us know! This bedroom also comes with it's own private full bathroom with tub/shower. Vanity with large medicine cabinet is separate from the toilet/ shower room to maximize time getting ready to go out with family or friends.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both spacious with queen size beds. One of the bedrooms has a door to the front deck. The 3rd full bathroom has a newly renovated tiled waterfall shower and new vanity with drawers. This bathroom is directly beside both bedrooms. All bathrooms are supplied with toilet paper and liquid soap to get you started.

There is a full size washer and dryer with 2 complimentary laundry pods to get you started. The laundry room has complimentary cleaning supplies and the closet in the twin bed room is equipped with an iron, full size ironing board, clothes drying rack, brooms, and a vacuum for those unexpected accidents.

The 4 seater golf cart is complimentary. Per insurance regulations, the Hold Harmless Golf Cart agreement must be filled out, signed and returned with copies of all driver licenses of golf cart drivers to use this amenity while staying with us. The cart is located under the lean-to behind the shed. There is a pull chain light for your convenience.

There is an outside shower next to the deck with hot/cold water. The yard is spacious with an area located in the back equipped with a propane gas grill and sitting area. The bench converts to a picnic table if you prefer, The propane is provided for you, our treat!

Our house is located just 2 blocks from the water park and just 10 houses to the beach! As are the playground, basketball, volleyball, shuffle board courts, and cornhole and horse shoe pits! We are located on a double spacious lot and spacious street. The palm trees in the front yard help make it your own Peaceful Paradise!

Departure cleaning fee and linen service is mandatory. The linens include all bed linens, 9 bath towels, 9 washcloths, hand towels & bath mats for each bathroom, kitchen towel & sponge.

You have to be 25 to rent and present the entire time.

You must be 21 to drive the golf cart and we must have a copy of all driver licenses.

No pets.

No smoking or vaping inside. Please do not dispose any smoking apparatus in the yard, bushes, flowers or driveway. Ashtrays available on the front porch.

No large parties permitted. This is a family home.
