Amazing location, close to Swedish First-Hill Campus, I-90 freeway, and Downtown Seattle. Nearest grocery store is a 10 minute walk away.
Unit is located in a basement, and is not recommended for tall people due to low beam and duct-work. Tenants above are audible through the floor when walking.
Readily available street parking, one parking permit is included.
