Just like in the pictures

If you're looking to escape from hotels and resorts, this is the perfect place for you!My friend and I rented a car and drove to nearby cities and cenotes, as well as ferry stations where we enjoyed exploring several islands.I even befriended a handsome iguana that I named Pancho. I looked forward to seeing him every morning.

My wife and I decided to take a trip to Cancún for a softball tournament. We decided to stay here for some quiet time and this place was perfect! We both have remote jobs so the wifi was strong and stable to support our work. We did add on the breakfasts and they were delicious every day! We had bowls of fruits, yogurt, honey, eggs, bread, beans, coffee, granola, milk, most mornings. It was a great way to start the days. Afternoons were spent swimmming in the pool and taking in the beautiful scenery. Most nights we called and uber and went out to dinner. We hired a masseuse to come to the property and give us massages! This was so nice in ghe tranquil eviroment. Come stay here a few days! You won't regret it!

Oasis in Cancun

This place was just delightful and we will be back. Eva, the owner, lives on the property and was very hospitable. She showed us the facilities and then left us to explore. It is just as the pictures show… open and airy, in the jungle, comfortable, very clean, close to town, and beautiful. I could have sat in the hammock all day and read my book! We enjoyed eating breakfast by the pool, playing card games inside after dark, and relaxing! Drawbacks to be prepared for, if you are a spoiled American like us: difficult to access when S bound (as the road does not let you turn in so you have to go WAY around to access), the casita has no windows (only screen) so it got pretty hot (and this was in October), LOTS of mosquitos (you are literally in the jungle), and there is no hot water for washing dishes or shower. That said, it is the most beautiful little oasis in Cancun! We can’t wait to come back and bring our family!

Hidden Gem

RENTAL: This jungalow is fantastic! The room is surrounded by window screens overlooking nothing but well-kept, lush gardens. We stayed during the week and had the pool to ourselves. It was the most peaceful and relaxing getaway... private, quiet and away from hotel row. I loved hearing the sounds of the jungle birds. The mattresses are firm and the oscillating fan helps during the warm nights. You have everything you need to prepare your own meals… stove, refrigerator, dishes, pans, utensils and drinking water. The nearest village (Bonfil) is a short 15 minute walk where you can get groceries and local food during your stay. There is a lady at the end of the main street who makes delicious breakfast burritos!! TRANSPORTATION: The airport will try to charge you $76 for a cab but it’s a total scam. We kept saying NO and insisted on taking a shuttle for half the cost. Initially, they said it was an hour and half wait for the next shuttle (while they were all lined up in the parking lot). Ten minutes later, we took a shuttle for $40. Kurt and Eva are warm and welcoming! They were always helpful and so friendly. This will be marked as one of my VRBO favorites.

Always GREAT Trip - Jungalow

This was our 2nd trip to the Jungalow(our beautiful bungalow in the jungle of Cancun) and me and my daughter(Maya) have already decided we will be returning next year for a 3rd time and probably make it an annual trip. Eva is the greatest host one could ever hope for, she is so welcoming and the primary reason we returned, although the location was definitely a very close second reason. I highly recommend everyone who is headed to Cancun to check out this getaway as, at least, part of their stay! So happy we found this last year for our first trip to Cancun! Hasta luego :)

Jungle Oasis

This was a beautiful property. Well kept grounds, amazing private small getaway from the busy beach and a wonderful place to wind down. Very much enjoyed our stay! Cholo the hairless dog is such a sweet boy. An orange tabby cat we called Garfield (Garf) was such a sweet boy/girl too! Thank you for sharing your wonderful oasis:) It was a perfect last few days to our 10 day trip to Mexico!

An Amazing Oasis

Staying with Eva + Kurt was amazing! The property is exactly like the pictures and you'll be super comfortable in their fantastic company. It isn't too difficult to grab a taxi from Casa Kin, and we appreciated Eva's excellent recommendations at breakfast. Xolo the dog is a sweetheart too who also makes the stay that much better :) A nature lover's dream cove 💖

Amazing stay!!

The owners were wonderful! They helped us every step of the way. If we needed transportation, he either offered to bring us to our destination or had a taxi ready for us. The bungalow was stunning and the pool was even better! Overall 12/10 definitely recommend!! Hope we get to go back sometime soon!!

Bungalow

I really enjoyed my time at the bungalow - the accommodations are dreamy if you want to feel connected to the natural world. I loved the outdoor kitchen; it had all I could need. The pool was greatly enjoyed as well. I had the bungalow to myself for the first nights and then my 8 and 11-year-olds joined me. They really took to the dog Xolo. Eva was incredibly helpful and a superb host. She brought me to the grocery store my first afternoon there which was really considerate. My kids and I all found the breakfast wonderful; fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and the like. Yum! I also truly enjoyed taking multiple walks around the property each day. The only, only downside (aside from mosquitos which are to be expected) was the cost of the taxi ride to CasaKin33. It was $56 US which really caught me off-guard. However, the affordability of the bungalow more than made up for it!

Cute Getaway

This bungalow was just as pictured! It really gives you a jungle feel and great for quality time. There were beautiful trees and flowers. Definitely watch where you’re walking at night, the wildlife is definitely there! Definitely a place to stay!

Even more beautiful in real life!

We stayed for 3 nights, after staying at an all inclusive. It's was PERFECT for a couples getaway away from EVERYONE. Eva and her husband are amazing hosts. We will most certainly be back! Seriously like staying in paradise.

Beautiful slice of heaven

CasaKin33 offered us the perfect getaway from it all. It is a super short drive from Cancun airport but nestled in the jungle far from the sounds of highway and city. Eva and Kurt are beautiful people and wonderful hosts. Kurt welcomed us and made sure we knew our way around. He was always available if we needed assistance or questions about Bonfil and tips about Cancun. The suit is gorgeous. Very well designed and decorated. We extended our stay twice while there because of the comfort and serenity . This was a mini honeymoon for us and the stay was very romantic as we had the pool to ourselves and our own little kitchen to prepare some meals . Will be back there if we travel to the Mexican Caribbean again

Mexican Jungle Getaway

My husband and I booked this bungalow following our stay in a local resort in Playa Del Carmen to be close to the airport. This was the perfect little place, complete with the private pool and homemade breakfast as detailed in the listing. The room is exactly as pictured, down to the cute tile floors and hammock in the room. The room was not air conditioned; however, a fan was provided and was enough to keep us cool. The private bathroom outside the room was filled with everything we could need from towels to soap and drying racks for our bathing suits. We enjoyed the privacy of swimming in the pool right behind our room and hanging out in the hammock in the evening. We were a little hesitant about the location as we were not familiar with the area and it is is situated back from the road in the jungle; however, our driver was able to locate the neighborhood via GPS and it had a gate that made us feel very safe. Along with that, the neighbors were super friendly and helpful in showing us to our room. The stand out factor in our stay here was our host, Eva, who provided us with fresh coffee, pastries, juice from fruit in her garden, and eggs and beans for breakfast in the morning in her home. It was by far the best meal we had in Mexico and she was so thoughtful, providing everything from coffee cream, jams, yogurt, and homemade granola. Her and her son were so kind and chatted with us over breakfast in the morning about our travels. They also assisted us in scheduling a taxi to the airport for us as well, which was very helpful as they were familiar with the area and the local taxi service. Overall, I cannot recommend this sweet Mexican bungalow more and we are so thankful to have such a nice place to end our stay in Mexico! We would absolutely stay again.

A Happy Friendly Family Home for Visitors to Cancun

Eva met us at the car rental and led us to her home. She was very friendly and made us feel like one of the family. House was very colorful and clean. We enjoyed breakfast and loved walking around the grounds. We also enjoyed talking to her and her husband and college daughter. It was truly a fun stop to Cancun while On our way to Tulum.

Hi, Namasté. I am Eva, of Mexican origin 100%.
I love meditation, gardening, flowers, the company of good friends and nature.We live in a caribbean Jungle. My husband Kurt (of German origin) and I have a nursery which we cultivate with love. I am 34 years living in this beautiful paradise called Cancun, I love its turquoise waters and its spectacular beaches. The Mayan world is fascinating to me, not only do we have unique beaches, but also an endless number of archaeological sites, cenotes, caverns and many other things. I love having a good time with friends in the garden and enjoying nature. My favorite music is meditation music, I cycle and I love listening to Deva Premal on a quiet afternoon. We have a lovely cat named Alux and Loki, a loving dog name Xolo.
I would love to share our space and make your stay in Cancun truly unforgettable, combining your activities with the warm comfort of a magical space to rest.
