Really liked this little studio. It was perfect for our trip. Location is perfect for us. Was just a few minutes away from everything without dealing with the crowd and traffic. The setup was just right with the huge comfy beds. Our host was great! He addressed any issues we had right away. Excellent communication. Hope it's available our next trip

The bed was VERY comfortable. We were only there at night so did not experience much of what it had to offer. Great for what we needed and off the main traffic area. Easy access and close to everything you need.

The host was very responsive. The place is very quaint. The king bed was comfy. There were two nice TVs to unwind with for the evening. Not very far from food, shopping, and all other things in Pigeon Forge. 5 stars!!

Weekend in Sevierville

Great place, bigger than expected with total privacy. Only suggestion would be for owner to have a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Not as pictured, on a very busy and loud street, it says it’s air conditioned but it’s plug in air conditioners that roll around. Walls were dirty and did not feel cozy at all. I had originally booked for six nights and after the first night I did not want to stay somewhere I knew I would be uncomfortable at so I reached out to the owner and never heard back from him. Not satisfied at all and do not recommend.

We should have received check in instructions a long time before we got there and we didn’t get the instructions until we got there. There was no outlet for the coffee pot by the small bar area like there should have been. There was no big trash can outside like there should have been. I have stayed in a large number of BnB’s and this one wasn’t customer friendly at all. This could have been much much better if the host had actually worried about the customer’s needs.

No hot water in the shower. King size bed was fantastic. Room lighting was dim. Barking dogs in backyard neighbors yard were a distraction. Price was ok.

Next time you’re somewhere and there’s an issue I would recommend asking for assistance because if there’s hot water everywhere else except the tub it’s a simple fix, also there’s two overhead lights in the room and two bedside the bed if that’s too little for you I guess you’re picky, sorry about barking dogs that’s are two blocks away idk how was that a distraction but ok. Price was ok? next time you go to a hotel because With All the amenities I provide for 60 dollars a night you’re a joke. Seems like you had problems elsewhere. Thanks for staying

My fiancé and I book with VRBO primarily, due to their “host-free stay” policy. We thought this was a private studio apartment, but it is not. It is an upstairs loft in the host’s home. The host was present in the house attached to this property when we arrived. When we entered the property, we were met with the sound of blaring TV noise coming from the host, and were immediately uncomfortable with the fact that there was another individual staying here, so we decided to leave. We called VRBO to report these issues, confirmed that the host was present on the property as directed by VRBO, and were refunded for our stay.
