Was a nice place to connect with a sibling reunion. Lots of room. Awesome communication with host. Quiet neighborhood. We would return.

The home was as advertised. Clean and comfortable all around. The lighting in the house was nice and bright and the primary bedroom was quite large. My two boys enjoyed having their own rooms and zooming around the tree-filled backyard.

A five-star experience from day 1 to day 6 Don was a pleasure to communicate with and the property was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, happy with a walk in shower, Large TV's in master and living room, enjoyed the reclining couch, kitchen fully equiped. We felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here, we left the house clean, tidy and will for sure book it the next trip to Mo.

Wonderful stay at a home

I was slightly skeptical when booking this 4 bedroom , 2 bath home because it seemed a little too good to be true ; but I am so glad I chose this for our vacation !! It's absolutely gorgeous inside ! Spacious dining room, kitchen and living room and 4 bedrooms of various sizes . The master bedroom with king size bed , and a desk , a huge wall mounted TV and plenty more floor space by itself was better then any hotel I've stayed at. The master bath was a treat with a rainfall shower head and life- like stone tile on the floor . There is another bedroom with a king size bed!!! Not to mention the third and forth bedrooms! And the other bathroom was super nice too. They also had some comfortable "floor beds" available, which my 4 year old grandson definitely took advantage of and made himself cozy in the living room . The kitchen was a dream -beautiful countertops and cabinetry and the farmhouse sink with its awesome faucet made me want to get one like that at home!! There's a nice park not very far and the highway was pretty close to jump on to and go to down town kc or anywhere else in the greater kc area - but you wouldn't know it as it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood.The check out rules were very simple and not at all overbearing . So if you are looking for a great home with room for a lot of people in the Kansas City area- this place can not be beat!!

Perfect for baseball tourneys

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is so nice and clean and COOL. We had a baseball tourney all weekend at multiple fields. It was pretty central between them all and was so wonderful to come to a clean, cool place to relax. We will def stay here again next year if it’s available!
