This was out second time staying here. Really enjoyed our stay, but had a hard time getting an elevator at the end of our stay. Waited over 45 minutes to get an elevator.

Magnificent retreat !!

I was thrilled with the ease of the check-in and check-out method. Everything was a breeze. The room was clean and no disturbances at all. The property location is stupendous and just what I was looking for in a solo trip. Thanks for being a part of my dream to see the Gulf again. The time was precious.

Great little getaway!

We only stayed 3 nights - unit is small and do wish there was more comfortable chairs on patio for relaxing but overall was a great stay!

A Nice Overnight Getaway

Nice property, professionally managed. We live 3 hours North of the Emerald Coast and get down to the beach as much as we can. This was perfect for the one night we could get away! The unit was clean and the host was communocative.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend!!!

The unit was clean, well stocked kitchen and a great view of the gulf!!! Another plus was the boardwalk to the beach, it allowed me to push my mother in her wheelchair to the beach!!

Cozy Condo

The condo was clean and updated, only issue was no coffee filter holder in the coffee pot. I informed the staff, who were very courteous and helpful. View from the balcony was Awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacation Stay

Location is great but the 1 bedroom is a bit small even for 2 people. The view was excellent and it is central to everything in Gulf Shores. We would definitely book again.

Loved it!

Check in and out was very quick and easy! The unit was clean and just as pictured on the listing. Plenty of space for a family of 5! Loved that it was right on the beach. Very quiet as well. We would definitely stay again!

Great location!

The most wonderful location, great setup, very adequate unit. Had a bit of a challenge with getting my check in code on time, but got it and all was sorted fairly easily.

I enjoyed a lovely visit at Phoenix All Suites Hotel in Gulf Shores Beach, Alabama during November. I had an issue with the constant noise at all hours of the night with the upstairs neighbors and expressed my frustration of no sleep to the onsite manager, Kaylynn. She was empathetic and worked with Reservations to assign/relocate me to another condo ... away from the upstairs neighbors with whom she had already spoken to regarding the noise complaints. However, they were not compliant with her requests, so she acted accordingly to ensure my concerns were addressed. I appreciate the excellent customer service she provided through my stay.

Quick Getaway

My fiancé and I were in town to finalize plans for our wedding. Place was what we needed. Access to where we needed to go and right on the beach. If we would have had more than just the two of us, would have been on top of each other. Perfect for two people.

Great location and a great stay!

This was a great trip! The unit has everything you will need for your stay as it was fully furnished. The location is perfect as it's right on the beach. My wife and I watched dolphins and schools of fish every morning before going to the beach. There is restaurants within walking distance. The only thing we didn't like is we saw several people not staying at the hotel parking in the parking lot and getting in the pool and going to the beach, but they didn't bother us. I would recommend this place to everyone as we will plan another trip here soon.

Left watch

My son accidentally left his watch in the room either in the fold out couch or it could have fallen under the couch. I took a long shot and called. They say that if it is found they will let me know. They seemed as if they were genuine with the response. Although I know they have lots of things accidentally left we did try to get the watch located. The people on property were very nice and the security guards were super great. Nothing but great things about the property.

View was AMAZING, everything else was a letdown.

The first day was a big letdown. 1st - We have no running water in any of the sinks. I was waiting on hold for the rep to find out when they could get someone out when my husband figured out how to manually get the water turned on. 2nd - The tv in the bedroom didn’t work so I had to call again for help to fix something the first night. We were told they’d send someone out the next day so we had to hope he’d arrive before our plans for that day. Luckily enough he showed up in time and got it working. However, it only worked for a short period and then started going in and out making it impossible to watch anything. I gave up at that point, I didm’t bother calling for more service. 3 - The refrigerator sounded like it was dying. It would make horrible loud rattling and squelching noise for what went on for long periods of time and would do this off and on the entire time drowning out the sounds of the waves while our balcony door was open. 4th - The ice maker didn’t work. I reported this to the person I had been corresponding with but he never followed up or sent anyone out to try and fix it. Honestly, I don’t think there was any fixing it, the fridge was super old and the freezer had rust in it. 5th - The vent in the bedroom on the ceiling rattled while it was on which was a bit annoying. 6th - the master bathroom was small & old. The sink needs to be replaced for sure. The condo needs much updating. We pay good $$, we expect things to at least work and not be making noise.
