Cozy Condo Near the Beach

If you’re looking for a cozy and affordable place to spend some great vacations with your family this is it. Our mission with this condo is to give couples and small families an accessible opportunity to spend some incredible vacations in South Padre Island.

Esperanza is a conveniently located condo on the gulf side of the island with just a very few steps away from the beach and walking distance from great restaurants and entertainment places. This condo can perfectly acommodate 4 adults and 2 children. It counts with 1 Bedroom with a Queen bed, 1 Full bathroom, a bunk bed for 2 children located in the hallway and a Queen size sofa bed.

You’ll find a streaming TV, WiFi, and a kitchen equipped with all the basic needs for cooking such as dishes, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, a blender, etc.

The dining area sits 4 people and we have 2 additional chairs. We offer 1 parking spot per unit.
We provide shower towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, and trash bags. We recommend guests to bring your own beach towels and additional supplies you might need for your trip.
