You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Two bedrooms fully airconditioned condo, is about 3.57 miles from Philip Goldson International Airport, are a charming space for long- or short-term guests to find comfort and relax in, but it is also conducive to those who need to get some work done. Guests can easily explore the area from this perfectly situated location and take advantage of the exciting local attractions available for all of your vacation needs. The two bedrooms offer queen size beds & HDTVs. These rooms are ideal for couples travelling together, or a family with privacy-hungry teenagers or older children. Everyone will feel at home in no time.

You will receive the comforts of home with a supply of shampoo, soaps, paper products, hair dryer, and bath towels. No need to bring your own linens. Fresh sheets and towels are provided for you and your entire party as well as an available washer and dryer in your condo for quick loads of laundry during your stay.

Close to it all!

The Lake View Condo is the perfect location. Being close to the airport and one of the main highways makes it a convenient location to explore Belize. The owners provide many amenities that make your stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying!

Very reasonable and convenient

My wife and I found James and Audrey’s place very reasonably priced and quite comfortable. It was spotless with very nice amenities. Quick and easy access to the airport and very peaceful. James is an excellent host and we would definitely do this again!

Great experience

So we stayed here after a full day of driving to San Ignacio for a Mayan tour and a culinary class. Got back late in the evening and James was gracious enough to help with our luggage and show us around the place. Woke up to birds singing and got to see some species during the morning hours. I wish we had more time to spend there as the eco park is right next door. Hope to visit again.

Feeling of being home

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed and made ourselves at home. We had everything we needed . They sudjested and guided us to different adventures and tours during our stay. Our rental vehicle was kept secured in thier yard. We had a relaxing time, share a couple evenings barbecuing and socializing .

First trip to Belize, my husbands home town

Totally awesome trip! James and Audrey picked us up from the airport. Our 2 bedroom suite was wonderful. The a/c and internet worked great and we had all the amenities we needed for our stay and fresh towels each day. To top it off, even though our refrigerator had filtered water, they brought us bottled water everyday. James even drove us to the water taxi in Belize city so we could visit San Pedro and Caye Cocker Islands and picked us up upon our return. (Don't forget the mosquito spray for the islands😉) Thank you for sharing your home with us and for the great hospitality! We will be back!

Clean, relaxing stay for weary travelers

We stayed at James and Audrey's condo on our last night in Belize due to its proximity to the international airport. It was easy to arrange a taxi to and from the rental. We found the condo to be very clean, comfortable, and functional, and especially loved the patio view. It slept three comfortably, as there is a sofa in the living room which serves as a bed. James was very hospitable and even arranged for us to have dinner at a neighbor's home restaurant. Elana is a great cook and wonderful company, we even met some of her family and neighbors while we were there and truly enjoyed the visit. Elana also serves breakfast and lunch. Since we did not have a rental car and the home is fairly far from stores, this meal arrangement worked out very well and provided a fun local experience. James also provided us with a large container of drinking water, which we appreciated. We would definitely recommended James and Audrey's for travelers to the Ladyville area, and also recommend meals at Elana's.

Wonderful host

We had a lovely week staying at lake view condo. James (wife Audrey was in the states) met us and was available throughout the week. He happily showed us to the upstairs villa and had thought of everything that we might need. He told us about grocery stores, restaurants, tourist places and even safety issues. We felt he was casually sharing this with his good friends. We loved sitting on the upstairs patio each morning, with coffee in our hands watching the beautiful Belizean birds. We loved spending a day at Bacab eco park. We dropped by early in the week and checked with them about a day when they would be less busy...non-cruise ship day. We then booked a guided jungle kayak tour, and spent a relaxing day at their beautiful pool. We visited the Mayan ruins ( next time would consider Lamanai eco tours..a river tour). We really enjoyed a day visiting caye caulker and San Pedro, renting golf carts on each. We took the first Ocean Ferry and took the last one back. Enjoyed a wonderful lunch on San Pedro at the wild mango and wonderful coffee at the flight cafe. Sunday was a good day to go to Belize city...it’s much quieter. We enjoyed lunch at luccas..and watched dolphins playing. We also heard that Harbor view cafe has great coffee. There is a shrimp farm that has a good restaurant. We learned lots from friendly folks over there. The only reason for the one four star was you need to be aware that the streets to get to the delightful lodging are quite bumpy. Once you get through them, you’ll hv a wonderful stay. There is a lady in the neighborhood that will fix you a delightful meal...Elena. We were tired from our journey getting there, so it was nice not to have to figure out food immediately.

Great hosts!

If we could we would give this home 10+ stars. The apartment was very nice with everything and more (books,board games, cards) All worked; it was clean and comfortable, with a very nice outdoor area with two lounge chairs, a table with umbrella, and grill. But as nice as it was, what made this visit special were the hosts. I arrived prior to my wife and wanted to go downtown to see Carnival. When I arrived, I was greeted by James and when I asked about going to Carnival, he mentioned that his wife, Audrey was heading out. She offered to wait for me to settle in a bit. James showed me the apartment, complete with the fridge containing local beer and wine. Once, I was ready Aubrey took me on a tour. First we picked up her cousin who was meeting her for lunch and then they drove me around to various parts of Belize City pointing out attractions, tourist areas and unsafe areas. Then, not in their plans, they parked near the start of the carnival and all three of us walked to the start and watch for the better part of an hour. After that she drove me to my destination and went off with her cousin for a now much delayed lunch. Later that afternoon, she offered to drive me to the airport to meet my wife. That night, they drove us to their favorite local restaurant which was off the beaten path, and gave us the choice of eating by ourselves or joining them. We chose the latter and had a long, pleasant evening eating good food, drinking beer and listening to live music. The next night, after we had toured the Mayan ruins (arranged by James), we knocked on their door to say we were back, and were invited in to have dinner that Audrey had made for the family. Another nice night with good company. Of note, James wanted details of our tour experience since he had not used the man as a tour guide before. He was interested our opinions and afterwards noted that he would likely use him as a driver but not a tour guide, which were our thoughts. Overall, a wonderful introduction to Belize. Note- the property in Ladysville which is close to the airport and very quiet, but a bit distant from Belize City. There is a small bodega within easy walking distance, and a larger store within longer walking distance, but restaurants, large multi-purpose stores, travel to the city, all require a car or a taxi.

The accommodation was a little hard to find at first, but we were there at the beginning and end of our stay in Belize, so once we knew where it was, it was a breeze to find. The owner is on site and a great guy to work with. The accommodation is up a flight of stairs, so be prepared to carry your bags up. It is a nice 2 bedroom unit with a nice upper level deck with a table, umbrella and chairs. There is a swimming pool (which we did not use). It was clean and more than adequate for our needs.

Quiet and convenient

I felt very secure. Close to the airport and a nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment is well stocked with the basics (coffee, sugar, etc). The Bellikin beers were most appreciated! Kitchen area a little cramped if planning to do a lot of cooking but very adequate for quick meals. My host, Tom, was gracious and knowledgeable.

One of the owners, James, met us at the gate and welcomed us warmly! He made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and James even had Belize beers waiting for us in the fridge after our long day of traveling. It was nice to be in a regular neighborhood, but still be staying in a place that felt like home after going out to explore the city for a bit. It had a really great patio and kitchen as well as cable tv and wifi. We were able to get some snacks at a little store nearby. But our favorite part was meeting the owner- he was easy to talk to, willing to answer any questions we had, and friendly.

Everything regarding our accommodation was perfect very clean and very friendly! They recommend us to go to Bacab for the afternoon it was fabulous, we ate at Miss Alaina’s amazing food and we enjoyed her company. We definitely recommend to anyone who would like to stay close to airport.

Fabulous Stay

James and Audrey are wonderful hosts. They even invited us to dinner one night to enjoy a typical Belezian dinner, which was delicious. The apartment was perfect with a western size refrigerator and stove with oven. James was kind enough to provide not only 5 gallons of drinking water but also a local cell phone so that we would have a way to stay in contact with him without using out of country cell phones. They provide secured parking and are very attentive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Thank you James and Audrey for a wonderful 14 day stay!

2nd trip to Belize

We chose to stay at Lake View Condo again this year since it was so comfortable and convenient last year. It was even better this time around! They seem to always be adding more things to the place to make it more comfortable. I loved the fluffy pillows! Tom and Audrey told us about Bacab Eco Park which was just a few minutes away. It had a great pool, restaurant and bar and pool service and Capt. Hooks restaurant down the street served some great food. Tom always ask us what he can do to make our stay better when we leave. This is going to be our First choice whenever we go to Belize. Thank you Tom and Audrey!

Very accommodating

We needed to get to the airport early in the morning so this apartment worked well for us. James was there at the gate waiting to greet us, showed us around and left us alone. He was able to answer all of the questions that we had and directed us to a very interesting out of the way restaurant for dinner. Great shrimp. The apartment is very clean, was well stocked with kitchen items, even beer and soft drinks in the refrigerator. We would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

The Moss’ made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. It was nice to know after being out all day doing activities we could come to A.C. and a hot shower. We had our own separate entrance. Being that we were on the second floor we had a nice view of the area on our own private balcony. A nice place to sit at night and enjoy stars.

Serenity in the Village

Mr and Mrs Moss greeted us with a warm welcome. The property offered plenty of amenities needed for our stay. The pleasant space offered on the balcony was one of my favorite spots to be in while visiting. The location in the village provides more of an authentic feel of culture rather than the faster pace of the city. The car service that was made available for us to use was a good addition. By all means if you’re searching for a relaxing quiet environment during your stay in Belize, this is a great place to stay.
