Great stay at Maple Leaf Inn. Room was clean, in a great location and even included a chair! 5/5 regardless but chair was very comfortable and truly made our stay!

Easy check in and out. I arrived about 10 pm and had no issues. Room was cozy, not fancy or updated, but we mostly slept and it was clean and comfortable bed. TV was a smart tv about 46" and room had a desk, 2 queen size beds, coffee maker, micro and plenty of towels.

We had a fantastic experience staying here! The room was recently renovated, clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Everything—from the linens to the bathroom—felt fresh and well cared for.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Main Street, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and beautiful views of Mirror Lake. It was so convenient to explore the town without needing to drive or worry about parking.The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Placid, whether for a relaxing getaway or outdoor adventure.Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay was a short overnight… location was a short drive to Main Street, we were able to grab an Uber for 11-15 on a busy December weekend. We had a little bit of trouble at check in as it wasn’t quite 3P, but issue was resolved quickly. The room was as described, bare necessities, but clean and beds were comfy. A large rug or mat to cover front door entry way is suggested as the tiny mat provided wasn’t sufficient for entering with snowy boots or for placing them once off.

The entry door was broken and did not lock. When management was contacted she was extremely rude. She tried to blame us for the missing hardware on the latch and broken wood missing on the door jam. The toilet was clogged - multiple outreach made with no response. luckily the doors for maintenance also did not lock - we got a plunger and fixed it ourselves. The parking area was not properly plowed- people had to park on the sidewalks in front of doors. No coffee, no cups, no dining area as advertised were available. No daily housekeeping service es were supplied.It was warm and clean - room was way too small for 4 people.

It was a good, affordable option! We liked the location, quiet spot but easy to walk into town! It could have been cleaner, but was good for what we needed. There were a few quirks that weren’t a big deal- tv volume didn’t work and shower door was tricky since it was off the track- slightly frustrating but wasn’t end of the world. Communication could have been better leading up to the stay, once on sight the host was responsive.
