Dish washer was broken when we went to us it. Street in front of the house was very busy and load. Got charged for extra cleaning after leaving for dirt on the gound.

We take great pride in presenting our vacation home in top, clean condition to each and every guest that stays there. Dishwasher is only a year old. Not sure why it didn't work when you were there, but in any event we've installed a new dishwasher. We've been in this business with several properties for about 10 years and overall have a perfect review history. Unfortunately you left the house much much dirtier than previous guests and that's why it took more work and material to clean it. When all is said and done Berta and I wish you and your family All the Best Sincerely.
