Hi Fadi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry your stay wasn’t everything you had hoped for, and we’re glad to hear you found Mill Haus clean and well maintained. We were especially sorry about the unexpected washing machine failure, which also caused the water shown in the unfinished laundry area. We had maintenance there within about 90 minutes of hearing from you, and the new washer was installed the day after your departure. We hope the 30% refund helped make up for the inconvenience during your short stay. We also appreciate your feedback about the setting. Mill Haus is near the main road, but the home and outdoor areas sit approximately 20 feet above it on a wooded hillside. We show the road in our listing, including an aerial photo, but never want a guest to arrive feeling surprised or misled. We’ll be adding a few more outdoor views for even greater clarity. We love this location for its wooded setting and easy access to so many of Hocking Hills’ trails, restaurants and attractions. Regarding the water, the home has well water as disclosed in our listing, with a new, professionally installed and maintained iron filter and water softener, plus reverse-osmosis filtered drinking water and ice at the refrigerator. The system is regularly checked and was also evaluated during your stay and found to be working as intended. Thank you again for the feedback.
