Had it All!

All the comforts of home in a perfect 2 bedroom setting. A great deal especially with how upscale this is. It had so much that we didn't have to bring much of anything. Highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodations, peaceful pool and great little beach area!

Joe provided clear instructions for getting into the condo, which was clean, and well appointed with Everything you needed to have a great stay. Gated community was pristine. The pool area was lovely; infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There’s a nearby grocery and restaurants. Joe was a great host! This won’t be our last time at The Cliff!

May Celebratory Vacation

We were very satisfied with our 2 week stay at The Cliff. The location to Mullett Beach, grocery stores, restaurants was exceptional. The property is kept spotless and the pool was top notch. Mario’s Bistro in The Cliff was an outstanding meal to end off our vacation. Joe was easily accessible and very quick to respond to our needs. Definitely would recommend.

Great vacation choice!

The Cliff is a must!

Joe's place was a perfect home base for us to enjoy St. Maarten. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we could possibly need. The building itself is perfect! Great amenities, great location and right next to the best beach on the island. Joe's communication was great and make this a very easy process. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

This is an excellent vacation condo, spacious and immaculate. Well equipped. Resort is beautiful with amazing pool and private beach. Great location on the island. Don't miss Jules Bakery just up the street.

Great location and facilities

The Cliff is a really nice condo in a great location on the beachfront with full facilities for the guests. Overall a great stay at this apartment, all arrangements were super easy and we enjoyed staying there. Kudos to Joe the owner for making everything easy for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Paradise in SXM

A perfect location for a long or short stay. The condo is beautiful and the facilities are top notch. Right on one of the most unique beaches on the island and steps away from multiple restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The staff are friendly and attentive and make you feel right at home. This is a lovely property. The location on St Martin is great. Joe was great to deal with from the start. We loved watching the sun set into the ocean from the deck. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful condo! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-maintained everything was. The space is exactly as pictured (if not better) bright, airy, and thoughtfully decorated with all the comforts of home. You can tell the owners really care about creating a welcoming experience.The location is absolutely unbeatable just steps from the beach! We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and taking morning walks along the shore. It was so convenient to have the beach practically at our doorstep, and there were great restaurants, shops, and local attractions all within walking distance.The owner was an absolute delight to rent from super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and provided great local tips that made our trip even better.We truly didn’t want to leave. This condo is a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

The Cliff Review

I was contacted by the owner of the property and it was nice to speak rather than text, which makes it so much more appealing. the flat was huge and spacious clean and very nice, i love the decor and the views. the overhaul are was amazing, we had a great time. thanks Joe, you are fabulous and the flat and your communication is above 5 stars.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stayed at the cliff the last week of April. It was pretty quite there and around the Island as it was low season. We rented a car from Hertz to explore the island but spent some time enjoying the amenities of the cliff each day. There are some good restaurants across the street in the casino complex some of which have good happy hour specials on food and drinks. Joe the owner of the condo was very easy to work with and returned our security deposit two days later. Would definitely stay there again if we return to St. Martin.

Quite Retreat

What a wonderful stay. We visit SXM several times a year and love it. Joe the owner was a delight to work with. He responded very quickly and gave us all the information we needed when arriving at the "Cliffs". The view was amazing. The condo was very clean and well equipped with beach and kitchen items, although we ate out. The location is excellent, close to airport and restaurants. We will absolutely be going back? Thanks again Joe

Amazing place!

I don’t know where to start, we are very very happy we stayed at Joe’s property. We had to make our reservation the day before we landed in St Martin because we were waiting for the results from the COVID test. Joe immediately responded and gave us the instructions and suggestions for the island. The apartment is marvelous, super clean, the views are breathtaking and everything we needed for our stay was in the house. The building is very nice and quiet, we enjoyed our breakfast in the terrace looking at the ocean. We felt like we were at home! The island is beautiful and there are amazing beaches next to Joe’s apartment, definitely an excellent location! Highly recommended!!

AMAZING VACATION!!!!!!

What a fantastic place! The Cliff is an amazing property, everything is so manicured and pristine! Joe's condo is great, it has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The balcony is awesome, we sat out there all the time and just stared (with a cocktail of course!) at the beautiful ocean, it is furnished with nice chairs and a chaise for those perfect sunsets, which are gorgeous by the way! The bed is comfy, the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, also it has plenty of towels for the beach and swimming. The condo also is equipped with beach chairs, bags and pool toys for your enjoyment. The beach at the condo is one of a kind (Cupecoy Beach), it was our favorite for sure. It felt like our own piece of paradise, it was never crowed! You need to stay here, you will love it! Joe is wonderful to work with, he always is available by phone or email if we needed him. We are already planning our return trip! We cant wait to be back in S2! Thank you for sharing your vacation paradise with us!

The only place to stay in Cupecoy - hell, in all Sint Maarten!

This apartment is AMAZING and The Cliff is frankly the only place we’ll stay when we return - and we’ve been staying in Cupecoy every single time we’ve visit Sint Maarten for the last six years. The owner Joe is just a stand-up guy, waiving the terms & conditions so we could cancel day-of if our COVID tests didn’t come back negative (thankfully they did!). The staff at The Cliff are uniformly amazing, genuine and caring, and the STUNNING facilities - pool, private beach, lobby atrium and seating areas - look like they were completed yesterday. The automatic street-side gate and keycard-secured doors inside the property make you feel really safe. Joe’s apartment really is amazing - every toy, every conceivable cooking implement, more Tupperware than you can shake a stick at, and three of the very latest hi-tech high-definition smart TVs with built-in Netflix and Amazon Prime and the ability to play any music or video file if you put it on a USB stick and insert it in the TV port. Plus, (speaking as cocktail fans!), there were two bags of ice on arrival in the freezer of the brand-new mega-fridge - AND large-format ice moulds! This is where you stay when you come to Cupecoy, period.

Luxury property and home away from home!

From the initial prompt response from the owner of this beautiful condo, we were impressed. Joe provided advice regarding a car rental, phone service, Covid-19 required testing, restaurants, and general information that was very helpful. The staff at The Cliff were friendly and focused on insuring we felt comfortable and they obviously take alot of pride in working at this lovely resort. This is a first class property entered through a security gate and in a great location on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. There are amenities galore, with a large 8 ft. deep indoor pool and a grand oceanside outdoor pool, tennis courts, a very well equipped fitness center, an exquisitely decorated open air lobby with a player piano, luxurious seating inside and outside seating that provides amazing ocean views and ambient lighting for that romantic evening or a place to gather with friends. The landscaping is beautiful as well. Although ocean side, this time of year, there was no beach frontage as the water came right up to the edge of the property, leaving lovely rock cliffs for viewing but no beach. With such an amazing pool, we were happy with the comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas and didn't mind. We ventured out to nearby beaches such as Maho, Mullet, and Simpson Bay but ended up spending more time at the Cliff. We did drive to the French side of the island and around Phillipsburg, and we found lots of good restaurants, bakeries, beaches, and friendly locals. We were happy to be in a beautiful condo with a balcony overlooking the ocean and spent more time on the property than we would have typically done in the past. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you can think of, the furnishings were nice, we had beach towels, beach chairs, anything we could have needed was there. We really felt at home. Joe has thought of everything to insure his guests are happy and we were very happy. Wishing we could have stayed longer.

As soon as we experienced St. Maarten my two teenage daughters and i knew it was the vacation destination away from home we would always cherish.The island's beaches,views,serenity,ambiance and amazing sunset's are why Sint Maarten consitutes a vacation in paradise! We are grateful to discover the cliff condominium as we fell in love with everything it offers.
