The property was great! Neil was an amazing host and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as good as it could possibly be. We enjoyed the area and beach access was close. Would look to rent this property again!

Property is beautifully well kept and the hosts are very accommodating and kind. The hosts truly make an effort to start off your stay with a warm welcome and add a great personal touch. There is a great value for everything nearby and included with the property. Looking forward to renting again the next time I’m in town.

This property is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed, and the house instructions/suggestions helped us make the most of our long weekend near Newport. The owner communicated with us very well and went out of his way to ensure that we had what we needed to enjoy ourselves.

We loved our stay at the Playhouse. The house was immaculate and had every single thing we needed during our stay and more. The owners were very communicative- before, and during our stay. They offered great suggestions of what to see, do and where to dine in the area. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the firepit and the two decks in the back. The outdoor shower was terrific after our days at the beach. We would love to come back sometime and would recommend without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay!

Cottage on Seaview

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Neil and Christy’s charming beach cottage last week. The cottage itself was impeccably clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Neil met us for check in and gave us a quick tour of the property. He was very easy to get in touch with, responded quickly, and checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The kitchen, while compact, had all the essentials for preparing meals, plus a few extras like a toaster, air fryer and blender. The provided towels and linens were fresh and of high quality. The bed was probably one of the best I’ve ever slept on! The decor is charming, with a tasteful, not kitschy, beach aesthetic. The outdoor space was a highlight and we spent several nights out on the deck eating dinner and drinking wine as the sun went down. The outdoor shower is huge and was so refreshing after a day at the beach. The Native bath products smelled so good! The beach pass to South Kingstown Town Beach was very convenient. The beach is about a 10 minute drive from the house and has bathrooms/showers and a playground. The hosts provided beach chairs, towels, and even boogie boards for us to use. This home truly exceeded our expectations, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. We would not hesitate to come back again!
