Escape to paradise in this gorgeous, brand new home conveniently located just 5 mi to South Haven and 13 mi to Saugatuck, making it the perfect summer destination! Enjoy private beach access, a heated pool, hot tub, pool table, poker table, ping pong table, and multiple arcade games as well as a theater room. This spacious getaway has been thoughtfully furnished to keep everyone entertained!
The dining table seats 16 in the spacious chef's kitchen, complete with 2 dishwashers so no one gets stuck with dish duty on vacation. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a private ensuite bath making it ideal for multi-family vacations, ensuring that everyone can have the space they need to truly relax. There is a spacious lower deck for outdoor dining or relaxing and an upper deck complete with lounge chairs and a hammock where you can sip a cocktail or admire the stars.

The home also has a ramp and a bedroom on the main floor to make it easily accessible to all family members.

We absolutely loved this house! My family and I have stayed on North Beach in South Haven for the past 8 years and this was our first time staying a car ride away from the beach. We weren’t sure how we felt about being away from the action of the town but our minds were changed upon arrival. This home was the perfect combination of peaceful and fun. The location allowed us to spend plenty of time ant the beach and in the charming downtown area but when we made it “home” from our adventures we felt like we could fully unwind and enjoy the space. We enjoyed the pool, arcade games, listening to music on the top deck, walks to see the sunset on the private beach, ping pong, playing pool and time around the large tables visiting with family. The rooms were all very clean and spacious and the beds were cozy. Communication with the host family was excellent and we plan on going back next summer.
