The space
This 3 bedroom lockoff suite offers 1531 square feet of space for you and your guests. The suite includes a king bed in each bedroom, 3 full baths, 2 queen sleepers sofas in the living area, a full kitchen with all of the amenities, washer and dryer in the suite, and a fabulous patio to enjoy.

Other things to note
Registered guest must be 21 years of age with a valid photo ID and a credit/debit card for the refundable security deposit.

A credit card is required for the $250 refundable security deposit requested at check in.

The security deposit hold is released at the time of check out and is refunded to the guest 3 - 7 business days depending on the guest's financial institution.

This is a non-smoking resort.

Guests have access to use the amenities at the resort they are registered at, and will not be permitted to use the amenities at other CLUB WYNDHAM® properties in the Williamsburg area.

There is a mandatory $10.00 daily fee per suite. The fee includes numerous amenities including, premium WiFi for unlimited devices ($50 weekly value), unlimited use of arcades, gas grill and gazebo, DVD rentals, movie theater, mini-golf, tennis, and kid's activities.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted.

This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases.

The resorts bar, casual dinning and pool bar are available based on the season.

The resort's two outdoor pools and hot tub will be closed for renovations Jan. 1, 2025 through Mar. 14, 2025. During this time, the indoor pool will remain open. Additionally, noise, dust, odor and work crews onsite may be experienced. Dates are subjected to change.
