The property was as advertised and perfect for our family vacation. The home actually had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive. The location is right on the beach and we all enjoyed the quick beach access. The back patio was perfect for a cookout and the pool kept the kids entertained when they weren’t on the beach. All in all a wonderful place to spend our vacation.

After lots of searching, we stumbled upon Belle Maison. What a perfect place for our family reunion. We were a group of eight: parents aged 88 and 89 and their six adult daughters. We wanted something with elevator access, an on-site pool, and close proximity to the beach. Belle Maison checked every box. Larry, the property host, was extremely communicative and promptly answered any questions we had. The House was very well-equipped with comfortable beds, plush towels, and everything you could want for the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking nice meals. The coffee bar on the top floor was very convenient. The pool was a great size, and the smaller hot tub attached to it was perfect for warming up! The balconies were amazing! We were able to watch the sunset and enjoy the view throughout the day. We will be back!!!

The house is amazing!! I would definitely suggest it to anyone. The only thing is the parking so don’t drive numerous cars because the garage will fit a SUV and small car.

This was the perfect home and location for our family vacation. The home was well stocked with any amenities you can think of. Plenty of towels and beach chairs as well as fun beach items to choose from. We plan to come back next year and will not need to bring those items. We had all eight of us in the kitchen cooking dinner and had plenty of room; loved the double island areas. The host is very friendly, readily available, and great at communicating! We walked to dinner, to get morning coffee, and CVS for items we needed. A great place for memories!

This house was awesome, just as advertised. It was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and basic staples, with nice touches like tissues throughout the house. Pool and hot tub were great. Larry was very responsive to all our needs and was always readily available to address any concerns. Would definitely rent here again.

Fantastic Stay in Belle Maison

Our large family has rented many Tampa Bay area beach houses over the years and this was among the best. The house was very well stocked with all the basics as well as plenty of beach/pool gear. Ample room to accommodate a large group while still giving everyone their own space/privacy.

Excellent property for our family. We loved it very much.

We had the best family time we’ve had. Excellent accommodations close to restaurants, shopping and ice cream shops. Men enjoyed fishing and everyone enjoythe beach.

Our group of 12 stayed here and loved it. The house is beautiful aesthetically and accommodated every need we could think of. The fact that the beach is steps straight from the pool is amazing. Garage was stocked with bodyboards, paddle board, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and more. Having all that we needed to enjoy ocean, and sand was an added and welcome bonus. Host was very responsive. 5 Stars!

Best stay yet!

We’ve been coming to Indian Rocks Beach with our family for 8 years. This is the best place we’ve stayed! House was plenty roomy and well supplied with everything we needed. Pool was shaded and great for the kids. Larry is an excellent host and answered all our questions or concerns. We hope to be back!

Stunning Home

Location is walkable to many restaurants & shops (even for a small child). The house is immaculate with many amenities including the perfect sunset view. Pool/hot tub area was one of our favorite places. Walk directly out to the beach or stay poolside to enjoy the waves. Manatees swam directly in front of our family here!! Communication with Larry was better than any other rental locations we’ve stayed. Five stars for Belle Maison Beach House

Best Week Ever

The property is awesome. It is exactly as described maybe better. The location is perfect. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach is amazing. All the things that you would need at a house on the beach is supplied. Our family had the best vacation ever. We hope we can book this again soon.

Beautiful beach house, perfect location

We enjoyed every minute! The views were outstanding. The location could not have been any better, you can walk to many great restaurants, no need for a car. You can take the trolley if you wish to venture outside of the immediate area. We felt safe and a bit spoiled, we absolutely would rebook! The beach was very clean and steps from the property. Belle Maison was delightful! Thanks Larry!
