On the main floor, there isa beautiful open concept kitchen and dining room. The main floor includes a spacious master suite with a glass shower and double vanity and a second roomy bedroom. Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to a large, lofted bonus room with two full sized beds. The fully furnished lower level offers a huge cozy sectional sofa, big screen TV, a video game, and a half bath. A rare attached 2-car garage is available for guests.

We're a husband-and-wife team passionate about creating comfortable, welcoming spaces for travelers from all walks of life. We take great pride in our home and am happy to share it with you! You will stay in a former carriage house meticulously restored with exposed brick and newly remodeled. The home is located in the Benton Park neighborhood, which is a desirable location with breweries, parks, and other amenities in close proximity and a five minute drive to Soulard.

This is a well-loved home in a quiet, close-knit neighborhood, and I take great pride in maintaining a peaceful and welcoming environment. To help preserve that atmosphere, we kindly ask guests to refrain from making excessive noise, especially during evening hours. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Please treat the space with the same care and consideration you would your own home.
