Immaculate property, concierge support and housekeeping services. The entire team provided great communication and was able to secure reservations for an unforgettable trip to Anguilla. The property is centrally located with a a beautiful view and open floor plan. All of my guests enjoyed the home and we look forward to coming back!

Wonderful!

Our stay at Champagne Shores was wonderful and we would highly recommend it!! The house is beautiful and as pictured, well maintained and spotless. Communication was great from booking onward, both with the owner through VRBO and with the managing concierge service. We wish we could have stayed longer!!

Amazing views and amazing staff

Truly as advertised, and then some! We had such an amazing time, anything we wanted was possible. The concierge service was so helpful and every plan we made went off exactly as intended. Truly a perfect house, company and staff. We can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic property & service!

We had an amazing experience at Champagne Shores celebrating my wife's 40th birthday with a few other couples. The property is exactly as advertised - if not better. Beautiful views throughout and outstanding customer service from the time of booking, leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. We highly recommend! Thank you!

Anguilla spring break

Loved this house, loved the view, and loved the island! Property is exactly as described and is very accurately represented. We took our four children and our foreign exchange student (5 kids total) ages 15-12 and they loved it! Pool was large and heated and the hot tub was great at night after dinner. Beach towels are high end and replenished as needed. Work out room had a lot of equipment and there is tons of space all over the house for everyone to hang out. Will def recommend to others and hope to be back someday!

Summer Getaway

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Champagne Shores! The check in process was easy, we were greeted at car rental and guided to the home. The home was amazing, way better than the pictures! My friends and I take trips each summer, and this was our favorite home by far. It’s equipped with everything you need, gives you privacy but also close proximity to the ferry and local beaches. The house staff were very helpful and responsive. Rooms along with the entire house were cleaned daily. Very professional. This allowed our group to truly relax! Anguilla the island is amazing and beautiful! Beaches and water are to die for and the people are great! Will definitely return! 😊

Thanksgiving in Paradise

We had an unforgettable stay at Champagne Shores Villas in Anguilla! The location is stunning, right on the water, with views of St. Martin. If you’re an early riser, The Sunrise Station is your front-row seat to sunrises that will make you question why you ever slept in. The villa is well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking our breakfast daily. The concierge, Miggy, was incredibly helpful, assisting with everything from activity bookings to local recommendations. The outdoor space is a real highlight, featuring a lovely patio with a pool, hot tub, and even a swinging bench where you can relax and take in the view. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of sun and sea. The service throughout our stay was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat with exceptional amenities, Champagne Shores Villas is the place to do it in style.

Spring Break 2024

Anguilla is a fantastic island in all aspects. The house had everything you would look for in a vacation rental. The service from the start was impeccable and having access to the concierge services was very helpful. They helped book activities, reservations and can even pre-stock items upon arrival. Having daily cleaning and chefs at house made for a relaxing and stress free week for our 2 families with teenagers. Each bedroom has the most stunning views of the Caribbean and are all equal! The kids were so spoiled:). The layout and location of the property were very well designed. Pool and patio areas were a true highlight and kids loved the outdoor ping pong and cornhole. Hope to be back in the near future!

Spectacular house & views but out of the way

Architecturally, you may not get any better than this oceanside house just a few yards off a rocky beach. Spectacular views back toward St. Martin. Mars (property manager), Candis and Peter were outstanding in support, as was Properties in Paradise for concierge support for things like activities, private chefs, arranging ferry transport. The house was clean, tastefully furnished and truly is the best possible setup for a waterfront view house. The only two drawbacks are that the tap water isn't potable (you will need to buy a lot of drinking water) and the house is out of the way down a bumpy dirt road with nothing in walking distance. Blowing Point isn't a great tourist spot. But Anguilla is a small island, so if you're comfortable sampling the beaches and activities from a spectacular central spot, this is it.

Absolutely Stunning!

Champagne Shores Villa at Blowing Point is truly aaaahmazing! The property is well represented online and actually better in person in my opinion. We had two families and we were looking for a property with two Primary suites for the two sets of parents. There are indeed two Primary suites...technically one suite is slightly better due to the outdoor shower and bigger terrace but we came to an agreement. The staff was awesome...Candis was our Butler and provided continental breakfast each day. She helped with the kids and arranged for housekeeping and groceries. The property also uses an outside agency called "Properties in Paradise" that arranged our transportation and excursions. The only slight drawback is that the beach and bay in front of the house was not swimmable due to the huge amount of seaweed in the water. That was disappointing but fortunately we went to other beaches each day. All in all, I would highly recommend Champagne Shores for it's modern amenities, staffing and cleanliness. You will love it!

Dream Week

We were a group of 8 friends and family. All the arrangements for the details of the trip were as easy as could be, from getting the house stocked with groceries, getting picked up at the ferry, renting a guitar and snorkels, you name it. When we entered the home we all just stood in awe and took in the stunning view; the pictures don't come close to reflecting the beauty. The bedrooms and baths are well appointed and comfortable. One bedroom had an outdoor shower that was just magical. We spent each day enjoying the house, the well stocked kitchen, the pool area and gym. We would eat breakfast at the house, hit a beach and then wind down back at the house in the perfect temperature pool and hot tub. Big shout out to our incredible housekeeper, Chandra and the maintenance man Peter who were there to do anything and everything, including cleaning the grill after our BBQ's. The road leading to the house is pretty bad but it's short and our rental cars took the ruts in stride. The island is small and we were able to explore it easily from the house location, checking out most of the beaches and wonderful restaurants. And communications with the owner were all easy, prompt and helpful. All in all a dream week.

Paradise Found

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren (ages 3 yo and 4 mos) just returned from a glorious week at Champagne Shores, Anguilla. The house is as beautiful as it appears in the listing and Peter (pools and maintenance) and Candise (housekeeper and overall resource extraordinaire) were wonderful and so helpful. The pool is perfect and I swam everyday and our grandson thought the hot tub was his personal pool. The splash pool was a surprise and very refreshing. We had Candise get some basic staples from the grocery store before our arrival which was great, and we ordered a lot of supplies (crib, bouncer, etc) for the baby. All of our needs were met perfectly including a beautiful birthday cake for our 3 year olds birthday celebration. Four of the 5 bedrooms face the ocean and all are en-suite. The main master has a beautiful outdoor shower area including beautiful plants and we showered there everyday. The car rental place (Ronnie’s) recommended by our host was excellent and made the whole transportation thing seamless. Restaurants on the island are fabulous, and since our kids are ‘foodies’ we went to all the top recommended ones, but our favorite was on our last night on island, The Straw Hat. We spent a day at the the Belmont Cap jaluca beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen. Great restaurants there also. They have lounge chairs and bar/restaurant services for people not staying at the hotel. We went around 10:30 am and swam/walked, had lunch around noon and then hung out a bit longer. Perfect day!! Lastly our host Chris was very responsive and helpful to questions and ensured our stay was perfect. It was a perfect way to get introduced to Anguilla!!!

Amazing Anguilla & Champagne Shores

This home is beautiful - the people are top notch - the views from the pool area were stunning. We came during off-season and opted for an in-house chef for our meals. We couldn’t have been happier with Chef Tyrone and his assistant K’Tonya!! The house butler Candace was also a pleasure and always got us what we needed. She is a bright spot in any room! There is a path down to the ocean, but it’s not a spot to hang out in the water- it’s very rocky - you will need to drive to a nearby beach like Shole Bay or the beach at Sunshine Shack which were literally “beach perfection”… The glass bottom boat tour & snorkeling with Junior were amazing!!! I would recommend bringing cash to tip the people who work so hard to assist and make the vacation an amazing one!! Paradise Properties were awesome to work with and concierge service went ABOVE & BEYOND to help us during an emergency medical situation. Can’t say enough great things about this place or the people!!! Cannot wait to come back! xo

Vacation in Paradise

My husband and I had a Thoroughly Wonderful time at Champagne Shores! The Villa was Absolutely Beautiful, The Staff was Superb and Completely Accommodating and The Views were Breathtaking! We would highly recommend this Villa for anyone who wants a getaway to a Beautiful Island, with Beautiful People and Great Beaches and Restaurants!
