Napili Point A27 is a one-bedroom, one-bath oceanfront condo with air conditioning that can accommodate up to four guests. It is in the highly desirable neighborhood of West Maui. This condo features a unique entryway that doubles as a second patio. The location of this unit is one of the best, offering more privacy, being on the end corner of the complex.

Enjoy listening to the calming ocean waves and breathtaking Maui sunsets on the private lanai. Upgraded amenities like the electronic sunshade and outdoor locker with beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler, enhance guests' experience while visiting Maui. Feel rejuvenated after sleeping in the California King bed. The recliner chair and high-definition television will keep you relaxed and entertained along with WiFi to stay connected. This condo has everything you need to make meals and snacks at home. The living room offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests and you'll enjoy having a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.

The photos depict the condo from photos taken before 2023. A long-term tenant is occupying the condo until February 1, 2026. New photos will be taken by or before February 14, 2026.

Napili Point offers two pools and is close to many great beaches, restaurants, and local markets. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, there is a great Farmer's Market just off of Honoapiilani Highway across from Napili Market. Honokeana Cove is one of Mother Nature's most beautifully carved-out shores on the island of Maui. In an area that does not allow for high-rise hotels to be built, an authentic, secluded cove filled with bright fish and dozens of green sea turtles can be found along the coastline.

Great news for larger groups! Please ask us about the side-by-side units that are perfect for larger groups or family vacations. Units A-26 and A-27 are great for travelers who would enjoy their own space.

We provide complimentary concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.

Quam Properties Hawaii, Inc. is conveniently located in West Maui at Napili Plaza Shopping Center. We provide a variety of services to West Maui and the neighbor islands. We are a family owned and operated management company with over 30 years of experience in Hawaii. We have a full service, dedicated, friendly staff, and attention to details are our primary concern.

Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee.
4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.
5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
