Overall, our stay was what I expected based on the pictures and description. The views were perfect, loved having a washer and dryer in the condo, and the location was awesome! The condo could have used a bit more attention to cleaning, and the kitchen was somewhat limited in terms of supplies, but overall, we still really enjoyed our stay.

There was bare minimum in kitchen. 1 steak knife 6 butter knives. No carving knives, no bread knives. Went to front desk, they supposedly contacted the owner. Nothing happened. Checked everyday. No knives and I like to cook. Had 2 small skillets, one had covering coming off and other was poor quality! No bbq tools! No tongs or anything! My wife wouldn’t take a bath because tub appeared dirty! Stained! The only lamp in the den was dented, both the shade and the base. Lightning poor, couldn’t see dials on washer and dryer. Phone didn’t work. Never have I been to one of y’all’s resorts and got no help from owner. Would definitely not recommend.

Everyone was helpful the unit had everything you needed.

We had a great time the unit was extremely clean you park on the same floor you stay on. Everyone is supper friendly and helpful everything was beautiful. Would love to stay again with my entire family this was a couples vacation which was great but I would like to bring the kids and grandkids.

Wonderful Vacation!

The facility over all was very nice with helpful employees, loved the garage parking. But we were a little disappointed about the room. It was a nice size for two people but as soon as we walked in it smelled like cigarette smoke and we were told "no smoking in room" . (Thank goodness I carry Frebreze ) . It definitely needs an update but over all very comfortable and accommodating. Wonderful beach and pool area.

No bedroom door

Overall good property but no door on bedroom and bath with missing toilet paper holder and towel rack. I feel I should have at least been notified there was no bedroom door. If we had been 2 couples it would have been EXTREMELY awkward as look into bed from living room.

Poor Management Team

The property amenities were misrepresented. Then the management company was unresponsive to my calls about the misrepresentations. The difference was big. Web site showed a big beautiful outdoor pool. It was under renovation and right under our balcony to boot. Finally, the day before we left someone who knew what they were doing called me back about the problem and issued the appropriate adjustment. Not before somebody from the company called me on my cell phone and cussed me out and hung up.

Will stay again !!

It was a good stay!!ice maker didn't work was not a problem for us, need more lights in the living room area, the doors to the laundry room kept coming of the tracks, really need more than one fry pan!! I had to wash all the forks and knifes before we used them !! The view was excellent!! Love the kitchen !! Washer and dryer did an awesome job!! The bed was so comfortable !! We will be back!! Not trying to knit pick but these were very minor issues !!
