Welcome to your ultimate Rehoboth Beach escape! Located just minutes from the beach and boardwalk, this spacious and beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and convenience, with space for up to 14 guests.

Whether you're gathering for a family vacation, friends' getaway, or group retreat, this home has everything you need, including a private sauna to unwind after a fun-filled day at the shore! Family and groups (ages 25+) are welcome

The Space:
• Bathrooms: 3 full baths + 1 half bath, clean and modern.
• Living Area: Open concept living and dining area with plenty of seating and natural light.
• Kitchen: Fully stocked with all essentials – stainless steel appliances, cookware, and more.
• Private Sauna: Enjoy spa-like relaxation right at home.
• Outdoor Space: Community pool and the unit have a balcony to enjoy warm evenings.
• Extras: High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, washer/dryer, central A/C & heat, and free parking.

All beds have pillows, and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

This property was within close proximity to the beaches and shopping. Very convenient to stores. Family friendly atmosphere. Very comfortable for my family to enjoy our vacation.

We were never given details of check-in and attempts to reach host went with no response. House was not well cleaned and there was no broom, swifter or other basic cleaning necessities to tidy up. Linen package was not correct, wrong sheets, we just used flat sheets. No mattresses for the bunk beds just mats as thick as yoga mats. Not ok for older kids. The powder room toilet did not flush, we had to take the lid off the back of the toilet and pull the leaver to flush and push down for it to refill and not just run. The kitchen was not fully stocked for use, we went out and bought a frying pan and a baking sheet, as there was only a 5 inch pan, small pots, no baking sheets, mixing bowls. The utensils for eating was a service of less than 8 we bought plastic. There were some cooking utensils. There were no instructions about using the TV's or the wifi, the sauna, or other amenities. Pool was closed and no instruction on location of other pools available for use. The router was out of sight behind the living room TV and the wifi went out several times. The screened in porch was filthy as were the seats with pillows; your feet and/or socks became black. I did manage to wash the porch a bit but was not willing to scrub the entire thing with no tools to do so. The sliding glass door did not slide, it had to be lifted to open and shut. House was beautiful and spacious, but it was not well stocked for at all. Attempts to reach the host were fruitless. A shameful rental.
