Lovely, quaint home likely built in the 1920s but modernized beautifully. Close to all the “must do’s” of the area. The communication with Stacie was excellent. The house is very clean! We’ll stay here again when the opportunity presents itself.

Our stay here was perfect for our overnight stop. Loved the USB plugs in the nightstands as we forgot a charging block for one of our phones. The only thing I would want for next time is to bring slippers to have for walking around the house, due to the large floor grate.

This was a perfect place to stop for a nights' rest. Everything was clean and accurate to the listing. The home and decor were simple but well appointed. Minor issue with low water pressure in the shower. Check in and check out were very easy. Would recommend.

Overall the house is clean and kitchen is stocked. The pictures dont show the other 20 steps it takes to get to the house, just the last 9. The giant air return in the middle of the floor hallway is also pretty inconvenient.

At checkout you reached out to us privately through VRBO to say you definitely enjoyed your stay. Your rating certainly does not reflect that . This is the cutest little house! Made me feel like Grandma's home with an updated boho flair. Location was close to everything we needed. Visited Fayette Station, Grandview, Sandstone Falls, and dinner ON the river at Kirk's in Hinton.

Everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Remarkably clean! The title is serious…it is on a hilltop. If anyone in the group has mobility issues, it may be a bit of a challenge.

This place is SO cute. Be prepared for a good set of stairs to get up to the main porch from the road. The interior is very nice and clean. We had all we needed during our stay. There is a moderate amount of street noise (cars, etc) that tapers off in the later evening. Host was very nice and communicated well.
