Oceanfront Condo with a Pool - C092

Thank you for taking the time to review Corner Penthouse. We’re glad the location, large balcony, and pool met your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience of carrying luggage and groceries up the stairs; the building does not have an elevator and we understand that can be a challenge. We appreciate your notes about the bathrooms and overall updates and will use them when assessing improvements. We hope to welcome you back.

Love to hear it, we look forward to your next visit!

We’re glad the spacious layout, large deck, comfortable living area, dining table, well-equipped kitchen, and cleanliness worked well for your family. We apologize for the earlier communication gap via the app and emails — thank you for calling. We’ll work to improve our pre-arrival response process so messages are handled more consistently. The stairs are indeed numerous, and we appreciate the note for future guests. Regarding kitchen supplies, we provide a starter pack of essentials, but guests should plan to bring spices, oils, baggies, foil, etc. We’ll make that clearer in our pre-arrival information. Thank you again for staying and for the feedback — we’re glad you made many great memories.

While we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and overall found everything to be satisfactory. We understand your frustration with the lack of support from our, and we will review this feedback to identify areas for improvement in our customer service, but when it comes to parking for additional cars at the complex our hands are tied.
