The home was spacious and well furnished for our party of ten, and could have easily handle extra guest. The pool is amazing and the hot is a nice touch. Jeremie, is super cool and easy to talk with, responds immediately

Wow ... such a great experience

Blown away ,This house made our trip complete Soo much space! , clean clean clean.. everyone that stayed with me loved it ... board games with an old school video game set up was a nice surprise for the kids ! would definitely stay here again .... Highly recommend

Place was clean, equipped and had plenty of space. We would come back. The only down side was not be able to use the pool and hot tub due to the winter months. Loved the space!

Never Disappoints

This was my second time staying at this property & it was just as amazing if not more. You can’t beat the space this home provides. The entire house was clean & organized. The back patio has plenty of room for lounging & the pool is a great size. You definitely get what you see in the photos. The initial set of basic amenities are provided (one toilet roll per bathroom, one paper towel role & initial trash bags). I just recommend coming prepared with those items from home. Other than that Jeremie is a great host who is responsive & does what he can to ensure we have an amazing time.

This home made our vacation that much more perfect! Everything about this home was amazing, Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and anything you can think of. Very clean and well organized as well as spacious. Definitely would love to return in the future.

Great house and location

We had a great time. House was perfect for a large group. It was very clean and open. Loved the upstairs! We were in contact with the owners a few times when we were there and they were very easy to get ahold of and helpful!

Awesome Home

We had a group of 10 stay here for a fishing tournament for a week. The home was plenty big and had excellent parking for all of us. The kitchen was great and very spacious. The home was very clean and comfortable for all of us. The only complaint we had was the water pressure. If you are in the shower you cannot flush a toilet or run the sink or do any laundry because it would take all the water pressure away from the shower. With 9 guys and 1 girl there fishing everyday and wanting to shower at night it was difficult but we made it work. Just take turns is our recommendation. Overall the house was excellent and the homeowner was great to work with. We will for sure try and stay there again next year for this tournament.

Nice place with a little hiccup

The place was nice and roomy however the basement felt stuffy. Unfortunately the ac downstairs didn’t work well. Our friends staying downstairs complained that rooms would get warm, hey adjust the ac and it didn’t cool down enough. Kitchen was fully equipped and they were plenty of clean linens. The rooms were good size and three bathrooms are a plus.

I left a message a few days ago but on the wrong board, I guess. There are a few things the owner and/or rental agency should address. The microwave grease catcher under it is very dirty. Above it is a streak of grease. Both have been there for awhile. The bathrooms also need addressing. Cleaning needs to be inspected. There should be a child gate on the stair case, plus the slats are too far apart, allowing a small child to slip between them. The tubs are slippery and need stripes or tub mats. You do have a wonderful property, but these suggestion's should be addressed before someone gets hurt...S. Herndon

This house was great for our family vacation. Good location with a beautiful view off the back balcony. Quiet neighborhood.The family room downstairs was a great place for the kids to gather, with games & tv/dvd player. A few items came up which the owners promptly attended to. We made some wonderful memories here. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jeremie

Perfect home to share with family and friends!

Three pilots and crew shared the home for the Havasu balloon festival and fair. It was exactly what we needed. Had plenty of rooms. All the things we needed to get ready each morning for our flights. Plenty of space to spread out after the flights to relax. I would recommend them to anybody. In fact I hope to book it again next year!

AMAZING HOME

This home was beyond our expectation and made my family and friends trip celebrating my birthday remarkable. Very clean and beautiful with tons of space inside and out. Had amazing views in a great neighborhood with a very short drive to the lake and near by restaurants. Highly recommend for any family looking for a nice great away!
