Amazing place for any group

The host was so knowledgeable and checked in on us throughout our stay. She had clear easy instructions and the place was perfect! Location wise it is great. We were right by a grocery store, restaurants and short drive to the lake. We will be staying again!

Everything we needed

The home and pool were great. The owner was fantastic before, during and after booking. She was quick to respond to any questions during our stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Perfect stay

This property has a fantastic location with all the necessary amenities, making it easy to get to the lake and boat ramp. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, always available by phone to answer any questions. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and it was clean with an ideal temperature. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Perfectly Perfect!

The property met every expectation and then some. The location was centrally located to everything you need and want when staying in Havasu. It was so easy to find and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was plenty of room for the boat and the other vehicles we had. There was plenty of rooms and bathroom for our family of 9. I really appreciate the bunk room because all the kids could be contained. The house was fully stocked with essentials. At the end of each day we enjoyed the pool and beautiful set backyard setup. Thank you Jaime for being so kind and helpful. We will be renting again.

TRUTH IN ADVERTISING IS OPTIONAL

I cannot believe over 40 reviewers didn’t bother to mention that 18” sheer drop into the shower pit,(with a couple of very precarious steps and a bit of a handrail a person could sustain serious injury). Then there’s the 8”drop from the dining room to the living room. And in between these two fiascos, there are uneven undulating tile floors. It should come with a mobility issue warning. Yes, the garage smells. There is an acrid odour in there. If it’s closed up, or the weather gets warm, it’s enough to bring tears to your eyes and burn your nostrils and throat. The owner admits to two cameras on site. There are at least 6 watching your every move as you enjoy your expensive getaway. No privacy for you, so don’t do anything here you don’t want to see on the Internet. The place is old sad and tired and needs a thorough cleansing from top to bottom, replacement of cutlery, pots and pans and linens and appliances. it is a good location but keep in mind the proximity to the hospital and fire hall with the sirens and choppers landing and taking off at all hours. I have sent a list of maintenance issues that need immediate attention to the owners. Hopefully they will stop blaming their renters for their problems and do better. If this is an example of what this platform and owners are offering for vacation rentals, then I can only suggest the use of hotels where they are required to meet certain standards since many cities and towns do not regulate this industry.

Friends Getaway

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this house. Check in was super easy and the host/owner of the house is very nice and helpful. The house was as described and perfect for our group of 6 adults. We will stay again, the next time we plan a large group trip to Havasu.

Boys weekend

The property was close to London Bridge and shops.Plenty of parking for our boats.The house was clean and accommodating and it was nice to relax in the pool after a long day on the lake.I look forward to staying here again.

Family fun in Havasu

We had a nice stay with our kiddos and friends in celebration of my husband’s 40th birthday. Close proximity to London Bridge, launch ramps, and everything you need. We enjoyed the pool and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Jamie was super helpful in providing recommendations for us as it was our first time staying in Havasu. Thanks for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

First Timers

Group of friends, who travel together all of the time, took our first trip to Lake Havasu. This house was perfect!! From the beautiful, and fun, backyard to the nicely sized bedrooms and baths, this was a great house!! We spent more time at the house than we thought we would. We loved how much fun we had playing cards, ping pong, and hanging by the pool. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay there again. The host, Jamie, was so informative and easy to get hold of. If could give this home and it’s hosts 10 stars I would!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Jamie is the most attentive and caring host we’ve had the privilege to work with. She provided great information about Lake Havasu and things to do during the time of our visit. She responded to questions immediately and checked in on us periodically just to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was as described and was a great winter haven for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend trip home!

A few friends and I stayed in this beautiful home for a weekend to celebrate my birthday and it was great! The house was very clean and well-stocked when we arrived. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Jamie was an exceptional host! She was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again!

Dirty and smelly

The home had a smell . Garbage disposal smell padio furniture was so stained that you couldn't sit on it. Grill was dirty would not cook on. The place was nasty. Out group of 4 women did not stay there one night .we did not receive any compensation. So sad so sad. Our vacation was ruined .

Very nice property and great host!

We (Bryon & Jamie Pyle) raised our family traveling to different lakes around CA. We spent 4-6 weeks a year doing Lake Vacations. We are a family that loves water sports & Lake Life.

Lake Havasu was our favorite Lake out of them all! 10 years ago, we bought our personal home in Lake Havasu and then began buying homes for Vacation Rentals. We had 11 Vacation Rentals and operated them for the past 8 years. Recently we decided it was time to sell several of the homes and keep our favorite 2 to continue to operate as Vacation Rentals. I (Jamie) was ready to slim down so I could have more free time to enjoy life, family & friends.

We have enjoyed hosting many amazing Guests over the years and look forward the them returning each year! It has been great meeting so many different people from around the world! It is very rewarding to hear of the great memories they create while staying at our Homes.

We have 3 married kids, & 6 grandbabies that are the highlight of our life. We go back and forth between Orange County, CA & Lake Havasu. Bryon runs his Mortgage Company in CA and Jamie runs the Havasu Vacation Rentals. We enjoy our Razor & hiking during the cooler months, and boating & jet skiing during the warmer months.

We have truly become attached to the awesome community that Lake Havasu offers. The many different events, restaurants, activities & amazing people make Lake Havasu a true gem!!
