Great location, everything was 10 minutes away. The tram is a block away to take you everywhere. Large space for the price.

We had a really nice stay at this property! The host was great with communication, responsive and easy to work with, which always makes a trip run more smoothly. The space was comfortable and well-appointed, a great home base for exploring the city. The location was solid, with good access to everything we needed. Overall a good experience and a property we’d recommend to others.

The host was very responsive to any messages. He went out of his way to try to make the stay comfortable. For example, we had a problem with the fridge not working. Johnny tried to fix it while we were out, but when it was still not working I texted him and within 30 minutes we had a small fridge sitting outside the door so we could have a fridge to use. We had a comfortable stay.

Older home in a diverse neighborhood. Could have used more towels and kitchen items, but overall average stay. Slept 4 - 4 towels, one washcloth, one kitchen towel, 3 butter knives, 4 forks and spoons, 4 pillows - no extra anything including blankets.Central air unit couldn’t keep the house cool at 72 degrees but there was a window unit to assist although it was loud and make the dining very cold. We wouldn’t return to this property but it did meet our needs for the weekend and was reasonably priced. You could easily improve the experience by cleaning up storage on front porch and making that a nice sitting area and adding some kitchen supplies like ice cube trays, etc.
