The home is decorated cute but the carpet, walls, baseboards, and corners of every room were filthy. The upholstery had stains, one possible urine stain. There were bugs on the counters. We tried for hours and hours for days to get this resolved with the host/property manager which turned into the worst nightly rental experience of my life. The house can certainly be cleaned up for future guests, but the customer service dealing with the host/property manager nearly ruined our trip. I was in tears at Disneyworld, on the phone for hours. If you question whether or not a home was even vacummed, and you have bugs crawling in your food... it just makes you uncomfortable to stay there with your family, especially considering the pandemic. Unfortunately we couldn't afford to leave and stay somewhere else when they were unwilling to give us a refund on this place or move us to a different unit. Every time I called I had to start my story over, and try to explain to the new employee on the phone, through their language barrier, what was going on. The company owner was "out of state" and was not reachable, so they were unwilling to resolve the situation in any way. The eventually started hanging up on me when I would call. They are now still holding my deposit, which has already been longer than the 7 business days they promised it would be credited back by. We left the home in perfect condition so there's no reason they should still be holding my money. The prior two reviews are from years ago. I wish I had noticed that before booking. I am honestly just really disappointed in this entire experience. I would never do business with Wonder Vacation Homes again, ever.
