Absolutely beautiful home! So clean, great location and had everything we needed. The host, Kyle, was so nice and very responsive. We will definitely be back for another stay later this year.

The property fit our group of 8 adults very well and was located very close to the ORV trails. We had plenty of room in the house and outside to park our trucks/trailers and ORV's. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio in the back with seating for 8, a table, and grill. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. Things not supplied included coffee, coffee filters, shampoo/conditioner, shower soap. Great stay overall!!

Issues: - Mold: - Hall behind door off kitchen - King ensuite bathroom fan - Upstairs AC not working. It stayed very hot in that bedroom. - Ants: several large ones in the kitchen and living room. Suggestions: - A laundry basket would have been helpful.

Unit was very nice, clean, and looked to be newly renovated. Some issues we found were the following: Steps upon entering, that lead to the main living area, are to steep. Maybe not meet code. At the very least need a hand rail. Main bathroom has a tall bath tub, and need a safety hand rail. These are items are safety related and should be addressed before you have someone fall. Sliding door going into the master bedroom has no handles on the inside of the sliding door to exit the bedroom.For wine drinkers, unit had NO wine opener or wine glasses. Not a big deal but thought I would mention. Unit states it sleeps 8 but only has a dining table for 4. Maybe have a large ding table in the garage entertainment area that could seat 8?Lastly, there is no starter "basket" coffee filters and no hand mixer if you want to make a food dish. The above comments do not change the fact that we thought the unit was great.
