THE INTERIOR
Step inside to a modern, open-concept living space that seamlessly combines comfort and style. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area features a cozy white stone fireplace (please speak to the host about this feature), a plush sofa, and a chaise lounge for relaxing or socializing. The dining area comfortably seats six, perfect for family meals or game nights.
BED AND BATH
Master Bedroom:** King bed, linens, towels, private en-suite with walk-in shower and separate lavatory.
Guest Bedrooms:** Two queen beds, linens, towels.
Main Bathroom:** Double-headed shower/bath combo with frameless glass, heated floors, double vanity, and essential toiletries.
BATHROOMS
The main bathroom and en-suite are equipped with heated floors, modern fixtures, and all essentials for a comfortable stay. The master en-suite offers privacy and convenience, while the shared bathroom is perfect for guests.
KITCHEN
The spacious, open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring:

PUP PATROL
Cedar Rock is pet-friendly! We ask that you clean up after your furry friends and keep them supervised, as the property is not fenced. Please be mindful of local wildlife and avoid letting pets chase animals. Any damage or extra cleaning due to pets may be charged.
PARKING
Park at the top on the concrete pad at the rear of the home.
Ample parking is available in the driveway for your convenience.
BOOKING POLICIES:
- Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax.
- An additional $25 per person per night before taxes after the fourth person
- During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead.
- Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas.
- 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
- 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season; reach out for it to be applied
- Monthly stays: PST and MRDT do not apply and the system service fee will be discounted so please reach out for a quote.
- Cancellation: 100% refund less $50 cancellation fee plus GST if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in. Both airbnb and the website state slightly different as they are pre set options; this policy takes precedence.
- Direct Booking Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is held (not charged) the day of check in and released 5 business days after check out as long as no damage has been incurred if you are booking direct.

We hope you have a lot of fun and laughter on your vacation; however parties and loud gatherings will not be tolerated and may incur a fine. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm-8am. Only registered guests allowed onsite.
Please no wetsuits or sandy gear in the house, there is a "Surf Shack" at the bottom of the deck stairs, with sink and hangers for ocean gear.
Absolutely zero tolerance on smoking in-house. Outside only, ashtrays provided on request.
Wildlife is common, secure attractants indoors or in designated disposal areas.
The home is located in a residential area, and respect with music, and late nights is expected.
Follow Petiquette and advise at time of booking (even if its a service animal). 1 dog is allowed if advised before arrival and with a $50 fee plus GST. Pet policy does apply and will be further explained in the rental agreement.
