Each bedroom offers en-suite bathrooms and plenty of space for all. Savor moments in our fully-equipped kitchen, unwind overlooking the lake , or enjoy the lake and dock just a short walk down the hill. Ideal for families or a romantic getaway. The dock can accommodate 2 boats, please bring bumpers.

The house was very nice, but was not finished. There were no hooks or shelving in the closets or blinds on any of the windows. Unfortunately it was dirty when we arrived. The cleaner did come back and clean. The drier vent was broken so we could not dry any laundry. The view was amazing and it was very quiet, except for the person that was in the tent above the property.

The NEGATIVES: address on the VRBO site was wrong; listed as East not West. This delayed our check-in by 45 minutes to reroute to correct property. Once there, very limited cell service which caused a delay. The house is new; there was no host book with basic information (i.e., trash, recycling, etc.). The property was not as described - there were multiple powerlines in direct view from the deck to the lake. There was no path through the yard to the steps to the lake; this distance was greater than it appeared in pictures. While there is sleeping for 16, there is no room to sit for a meal together. The kitchen table had 4 chairs and several stools at the kitchen counter. I had inquired about the type of coffee pot and was told pods. Upon arrival, there was a drip coffee pot and a pod coffee maker. The sliders to the deck kept coming off track. There were no window covers on any room which was especially problematic in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The POSITIVES: The deck was great size with plenty of seating. The screen porch a real bonus. Appliances were great; oven, microwave, ice maker, wine fridge. There was plenty of inside couch seating.Overall, a below average experience for our group who travels together often.

Property has a great location and great potential! Had some issues that the link they sent us with the address took us to the wrong location initially and the cleaning people were still there when we arrived hours after the check in time. The house is beautiful but seems unfinished. There are no towel holders, no curtains and the grill is small and broken which is difficult when you are trying to bbq and feed a family.

Modern comforts, ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and lake-view porches make this Keuka Lake home ideal for families, couples, and groups. The private dock is a short walk downhill and accommodates up to two boats. Boat rentals are available through Float Finger Lakes—mention Vibe when booking. Arrival and parking: Access the home using the shared driveway, but do not park there. The blue house is the first home on the left, marked by a Vibe sign. Do not block the adjoining driveway leading to the barn above the house. Review the arrival photos for additional guidance. Maintenance information: * Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for flooding, leaks, fires, sewage backups, and other urgent concerns. * Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day. * Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove personal items and lawn games from the yard. * Snow-removal crews service multiple properties. Brief delays may occur during heavy snowfall.
