気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The brick house with a driveway that is shown in the listing’s photos doesnt match the house that I arrived to once they provided the address. I booked a 3 week stay here, I arrived Sunday 11/30 around 9:00 pm, I drove fromNashville and had attempted to contact the host multiple time leading up to my arrival. I never received a response from the host with check/in info. The house I showed up to has blue wood siding, no driveway, broken panes of glass in the windows, and the home as occupied by someone.When I called VRBO support (they were the only silver lining to this crap show), they couldn’t get the host to answer or respond either.
