Upon arrival, guests can check-in at the front desk with your name and provided confirmation # just as if you had booked directly with the resort.

** Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee:
The USVI government assesses a US$25 per-night, per-villa Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee to vacation ownership Guests, as implemented in 2016. This fee is based on the villa being occupied and will be added to the Guest folio at check-out.

** Chemical Sunscreen Ban:
Please be advised that effective Jan. 1, 2021, the U.S. Virgin Islands will be restricting the sale and distribution of reef-damaging topical sunscreen products containing oxybenzone and octinoxate (Bill No. 33‑0043). Only licensed pharmacies or drugstores will be able to dispense these sunscreen products. Use is prohibited unless prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider.

**Please note that all outlets for food and beverage purchases and resort activities operate cashless.

** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.

** The Main Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 2026 through Nov. 2026. During this time, the beach and food and beverage service will remain open. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

** Virgin Grand and Bay Vista villas will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Aug. 18, 2025, through Nov. 3, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours.
