Make dinners in the outdoor kitchen and check out the sunset at Nokomis beach 5 minutes away or siesta key beach 20 minutes away. 85 inch tv with room for everyone and dining room seats 12. 3 bathrooms to make everyone happy, the perfect place for a walk or a bike ride in serene Osprey. Your close to grocery stores, breweries and the highway if you need it. Plenty of room for your boat, RV, camper and vehicles. The large yard has beautiful trees and an 8 foot vinyl privacy fence all the way around to keep pets and family happy. We have everything you need to leave your worries behind and have a great stay.

Before we even arrived to the house we were advised that the freezer didn’t work properly. Pulled up to house and first thing we saw were overflowing garbage cans. We walked into the home and immediately found it to be very dirty and dusty. Both upstairs and the first floor were not cleaned. Outside lanai was also very dirty with the screen ripped allowing bugs and lizards in. Barbecue was unusable filthy and the grease smell was overwhelming. The pool was very disappointing, it had lots of leaves and dirt on the bottom and it was very cloudy, we were afraid to use it. Smoke alarm on 1st floor no cover or battery. One of the upstairs bathrooms was unusable because we locked a lizard inside. When we advised the owner/mgr we were told “If we were not happy with the house we could go elsewhere”. To top it all off we were requested by the owner to take out other people’s garbage before we leave, and to use the next door neighbors garbage can.Attached several pictures.Very disappointing and stressful vacation feel like we wasted money due to false advertising!Property needs a lot of cleanup and attention.We will think twice before we rent a home again on this site.

Beautiful home in perfect location

We booked this home primarily because of it's proximity to Siesta. Pictures did not do this property justice because it is even more beautiful in person. First let me start by saying the location and neighborhood were so peaceful and quiet with everything you could need a very short drive. The large sectional and tv in the living room are perfect for movie night. The kitchen and dining area are both very spacious and the outdoor area with kitchen leading out to the pool is so nice. The pool itself was so fun to swim in especially at night with the lights. The master king suite was huge with a large closet and i liked that you could pull the pocket door to close it off from the bedroom. The toilet also has a pocket door that can be closed off from the rest of the bathroom. The bunk room has 6 beds total which was a nice surprise. All beds were very comfortable and we had no problems getting a good night's rest every night during our stay. Check in/out process was very easy and smooth and host was very kind and respinsive. We will definitely be booking this house again we loved it so much!
