Multiple spaces for family to be together inside or outside. Upon entry, the front screened in porch welcomes you to unload, have a swing and settle in.

With 3 roomy bedrooms including a Master bedroom with an extra large walk-in closet for all the necessities, as well as a walk through private bathroom to your private pool deck. We’ve stowed an adult roll away Twin in the roomy closet; fresh linens too.
Guest Room 1 offers a beautiful Pottery Barn Queen bed awaiting your relaxation, a full wall of vintage custom cabinetry, and direct access to the back screened in porch. The screened porch is calling for you to unwind on the cushioned entertaining outdoor dining and lounging furniture with a view of the birds coffee or take in the breeze.
Guest Room 2 boasts the same private, screened porch access and a lovely, black iron full Daybed with twin trundle, 43” Roku TV and 2 full closets.
You, your family and guests will feel right at home for meals. The kitchen has been decked out with brand new Maytag stove, dishwasher and Jenn-air Refrigerator, a full suite of white and gold appliances from coffee maker, blender, air fryer/toaster oven and microwave for your ease. The space is ready for you to bake, BBQ or reheat to your hearts desire.
Bathrooms: The 2 bathrooms are fully equipped with tub/shower combo and Shower Stall, Shampoo/Conditioner, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, make up towels and hair dryers for added convenience.
Your private pool deck offers 4 wonderfully comfortable lounge chairs with end tables and pool towels. Take the plunge directly from either bedroom's direct outdoor access.
Parking: You'll comfortably park 4 vehicles and overnight flat boat parking directly in front of your bungalow away from home.
So much to do so very near by; you will only be 3 minutes to the Havasu Riviera Marina as well as steps to the Lake Havasu City Multi-Use Bike trail! It's a beautiful paved, tree lined path where quail will wonder. Walk or ride your bikes to the London Bridge and around the peninsula. R place is equipped for both long and short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
