Step outside to enjoy the private fenced backyard, complete with outdoor lounge seating, a new grill, and a Solo Stove firepit—ideal for cozy evenings under the stars. We know pets are part of the family, which is why dogs are welcome here! Plus, beach days are a breeze with included gear like folding chairs, an umbrella, cooler, blanket, and wagon. The space is dog-friendly. Our dog fee is set to $100 per stay, limit 2 dogs max. Pets are restricted to 50lbs or less.

Primary renter must be 25 years old to rent and signer of agreement must stay on premises for entire booking.

No more than 2 cars allowed. No unregistered guests are allowed. Max occupancy is 8.
