Perfect in every way.

I would highly recommend Mr. Warren's flat. Warren was perfect not only during my stay, but also from the time of booking to when I left. Thanks to him I never had to worry about a thing. Warren's flat is very clean and well equipped with all kitchen utensils. The kitchen utensils are also luxurious. There are a number of supermarkets near Angel Station, so I enjoyed buying different ingredients and cooking in the kitchen every day. Also, the bedroom was very comfortable and when the weather was nice, I could wake up to the morning sun from the window. What I liked most of all was the view from the living room. The view from the large windows was like a painting. Also, when you go out on the balcony, there are swans and ducks, and you can see this peaceful scenery every day. It's like a 'free bird garden'! If you think I'm exaggerating, you should definitely stay here and experience it for yourself. It's amazing to have such a view in central London. I stayed during the winter season, so I haven't experienced it yet. ・・・・ It's also good to go downstairs and watch birds on the benches in the garden. I always used Angel station as the nearest station. It takes about 10 minutes from Mr. Warren's flat to the station. The path along the canal is great for a walk. Angel station is also convenient for buses as well as the underground. I think this is the perfect place for people who want to 'live like they live in London'. I would stay in Mr. Warren's flat again! I already think so now.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit Wasserblick, sehr modern, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung (vor allem in der Küche) und schöne Gegend, gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr, sehr nette und verlässliche Kommunikation mit Warren. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in London mit dieser perfekten Basis.

Great location a short walk to the underground and buses. Perfect location for us overlooking the canal basin - nice to have a water view. Very comfortable and spacious. Definitely recommend

Lage verkehrsgünstig in der City mit entsprechendem Geräuschpegel. Auch die Wohnung ist hellhörig. Es ist aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kaffee gibt es über eine French Press.Um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Bus und Bahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great flat in an excellent location

Wonderful 2 bedroom flat in an excellent location. Close to two tube stations and plenty of lime bikes around. Apartment faces out on the canal basin and it was very quiet. You wouldn’t know you were in a very busy, well connected area! A very nice change from staying in a very touristy area but still very close. Warren was an excellent host. Always available to answer questions and gave a thorough run down on check in. Thanks!

Un séjour parfait

Un séjour extrêmement agréable pour notre famille avec 2 adolescents. L'appartement est impeccable, avec une bonne literie. L'environnement est agréable, tout en étant proche de toutes les visites de Londres, Warren est très disponible et arrangeant. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Londres : pouvoir profiter de toutes les visites, sans passer trop de temps dans les transports et pouvoir revenir le soir dans un environnement calme au bord de l'eau.

Amazing property in a great location

We couldn’t have been happier with this accomodation. The communication from Warren was fantastic from the start. The fact we could check in early was a great bonus. The location of the apartment is excellent 8 min walk to the tube and many pubs and the centre of Angel also. It is a quiet and safe area with easy transport options to all of London. The apartment itself is spacious and so well equipped. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your amazing apartment. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fabulous 2 bedroom apartment

Everything about the place is wonderful.The apartment is spotless and has everything you need for a longer stay, although we were only there for 4 nights. There is a small balcony in back overlooking a canal where you can have a peaceful glass of wine in the evening. The location is very quiet, but you are less than 10 minutes walk from the Angel tube station which can get you anywhere you want in London. That area is loaded with many restaurants and shops as well. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. We walked home with our grandaughters after 11:00 p.m. several nights and were perfectly comfortable. Warren is an excellent host and explained everything to us even though we were a little jet lagged. There are also several plug converters which came in very handy since we forgot that the UK plugs are different from the rest of Europe. It could not have been better.

Warren was wonderful in the clarity and assistance ahead of arrival. The flat is so clean and comfortable and has everything you would need. The area is filled with options for dinner, shopping etc and only about 8 minute walk away from the tube. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Waterside Apt. Central London

There is everything you need here for a comfortable stay. The view of the canal is very attractive. It is located in a trendy safe neighborhood. The walk to the Angel Underground Station is about 12 minutes away giving you access to any site you would want to see. Kitchen has any utensil you need, Beds are comfortable and there are two bathrooms. Our host met us for check-in and showed us around the apt. He was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Flat

This is a clean, modern, well stocked flat with a lovely, peaceful, and unique view of the canal. The flat was fairly easy to get to, with about an 11 minute walk to the tube station/bus stop. There is not much directly around the flat in terms of shops or restaurants, but that made it very quiet for sleeping. The host was very communicative.

Another fantastic stay

We were thrilled to be able to rent this apartment again, having rented it a few years ago. The apartment is excellent and our host, Warren, was very helpful, answering all our questions and being highly responsive. The apartment is 8 mins walk from Angel Tube Station and 10 mins from Islington's main shops. There is also a COOP store on the corner - 2 mins walk away. It is well situated but set far enough away from the main streets that it is quiet. As in the pictures, you overlook the canal which we all found very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment is located on the second floor and is secure so we always felt safe. We could find no fault with this place. It has everything you need, plus more. We were very comfortable during our stay and would highly recommend it. We hope to be able to stay again on our next visit to London.

Great Family Accommodation!

Property exactly as advertised. Friendly check in by Warren who showed us around the flat. Perfect location to coffee shop, supermarket and transport. We easily walked into London to explore! The outlook to the canal was a lovely distraction from the hustle and bustle of this great inner city spot.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment in convenient location

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment so conveniently located in London. The apartment itself was in wonderful condition in a great neighborhood. It worked well for two married couples traveling together. It was only 15 to 20 minutes by bus to many of the Thames-front locations.

Better than Advertised.

Amazing flat in a super convenient location. Warren the host/owner went out of his way to greet us, and was most welcoming. The flat has the most peaceful view out the back picture windows, with a small balcony for coffee or fresh air. 10 min walk to Angel station which will take you anywhere you desire in London. ~20-40 minutes to most any attraction/spot. Islington itself feels like a Brooklyn or Queens neighborhood if you’ve been there for reference.

Lovely stay

Excellent area for exploring London. Quiet around the flat but a vibrant scene close by. Lovely view over the basin was a wonderful surprise. Really loved the apartment and the area.

Rare gem!

The location and condition of this property are both amazing. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, super modern, and well equipped. The water pressure in the showers was fabulous. Everything in the apartment felt like new. Warren was fabulous to work with- clear, accommodating, flexible, kind. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the metro, lots of shops and restaurants nearby make this property more than 5* in our opinion. Such a great stay!
