Summary: we enjoyed our stay, the location and accommodations. I would recommend this apartment to anyone considering staying here. Read below for some further details. Good- Paul was very proactive with his communication leading up to the trip and extremely responsive to any questions I had. Very responsive while staying at apartment as I had a couple questions. - Apartment is completely remodeled as pictures suggest (modern) and is very nicely done. - As described, there is a washer/ dryer in the apartment⊠that is goldenâŠ.- Apartment is clean, well stocked and has everything you would need to call a home base for a week. - You are walking distance (10-15 minutes) walking distance from London Tower and London Bridge. - There is a Tesco store right around the corner for all your food, snacks, drinks and convenient store needs. Things to consider:- No AC in the apartment. During the day in mid-May, temps were in the 48â F (9â c) in the morning/ evening and 75â F (24â c) at the hottest time of the day. That said, the apartment got warm during the day 83â F (29â c) even with all shades drawn. It did cool down by late evening hours opening windows after sunset. Opening windows would help, but no screens to keep unwanted guests out (birds, bugs, etcâŠ).- You are about a 20-minute taxi/ uber ride from downtown London (Parliament Square) which is all walking distance from there to Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, etc..
