Escape to this family retreat on Clearwater Lake in Annandale, MN. Beautiful two level, open floor plan lake house with additional guest house - perfect for quality time with family and friends. Cook meals together in the open kitchen or grill on the fully furnished patio. Enjoy stunning views of the lake from the lake house, screened in deck and private dock. Cozy up in the evenings by the tabletop fire pit and enjoy all that lake life has to offer.

The perfect weekend escape just 60 minutes west of the Metro.

Clearwater Lake is 3,100 acres - Great for fishing and recreation. With its clear water and popular sandbar this lake will not disappoint.

We also offer a pontoon rental!

The lake house includes 4 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a king bed with an on suite bathroom, and three additional bedrooms with queen beds + two additional full bathrooms.) The property also contains a guest house with an upper level king bed, half bath and kitchenette + two twin beds in the lower level.

We had a fantastic time. The house was exactly as shown on the listing and our host was awesome and answered our questions almost immediately. The tram down to the lake was perfect for my husband and the screened in porch was the best place for early morning coffee and late night visiting. The smoker and grill were important to us too, since we did lots of cooking because of the kids. We also enjoyed the hot tub after being on the lake all day. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We have rented quite a few lake places in Minnesota. I think this was my favorite one ever! The place is absolutely immaculate and well cared for. Plenty of room, beautiful and private spot on the lake. Loved the screened-in porch, the lovely fire table and the hot tub were appreciated by our whole group. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven. We had a wonderful weekend.

We had a wonderful time with our multi-generational family. We were there for some of the hottest days of the summer and everything was perfect. Based on the trees on the shore there is shade to be found at almost anytime (and sun for those not trying to escape from the heat). The house was nicely air conditioned when we wanted to get out of the heat. There is lots of room to spread out and the kitchen and dining areas were well suited for a large group. Rachel was super responsive to questions and concerns before and during the stay.

This is a beautiful and recently decorated and furnished home. The landscape is also very attractive and well cared for. We enjoyed a family of 10 gathering with plenty of activities for all: a shallow swim beach with trampoline and lily pad, a hot tub , a dock for fishing ( lots of rock bass), a game room in converted garage, a fire pit for roasting s’mores….The host was easily available and responsive to questions.
