● Location: Treasure Island beach community of Freeport, Texas

● Beach Access: The Treasure Island beach access point is a 2-3 minute walk from the home, and there’s excellent fishing at San Luis Pass— about a minute drive away.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Stepping into Edgewater Bungalow, you`ll be greeted by a comfortable layout that maximizes space for relaxation and togetherness. The open floor plan creates a sense of connection, allowing everyone to easily unwind and share stories after a day at the beach.

Three bedrooms offer sleeping arrangements for everyone. The first two bedrooms provide privacy, with a king-size bed in one, perfect for couples, and two queen-size beds in the other, ideal for families or additional guests. The third bedroom boasts a fun built-in triple full-size bunk bed, creating a cozy haven for you to rest and recharge. Two full bathrooms, conveniently located within the home, ensure everyone has their space to get ready for the day`s adventures.

Edgewater Bungalow is about a 2-3 minute walk away from the Treasure Island Beach community access point. For the fishing fanatics in your family, the San Luis Pass is about a minute drive and has some of the best fishing on the Texas coast. For ocean lovers of all ages, the location of this home is tough to beat— your whole family will fall heads over heels for Edgewater Bungalow, and will want to return again and again.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
